I stumbled across this sake at the store✨. The Obata Sake Brewery, which brews Manotsuru, used to use the brand name "Sashu Masamune" until shortly after the war. And the only specs revealed were alcohol content and 100% Sado rice. I bought it because I was attracted by the story and the concept of telling a story through taste, not specs! Gentle muscat-like aroma A clean sweetness with no cloying taste. The mouthfeel is wonderful, and the flavor is worthy of the Green Label name. It has a nice sharpness and a bitterness that appears later. It is refreshing and pleasant to drink!

☀️ Masamune hunters go today🍶. I found an undrinkable Masamune at "TABI BAR & CAFE SUZUVEL" 😆. It is a Masamune brewed by Obata Shuzo, famous for Manotsuru. It has a mineral aroma 😳. Clean herbal mouthfeel 🌿. The aroma is so rich that the sensation of sake fades 🫥. Rice flavor🌾 masks the sweetness and acidity, and the ginjo aroma stimulates the nose. It leaves a slight bitterness and astringency in the aftertaste🙄. It was a new drinking experience with a unique flavor 🤗. How cool to "speak without speaking" 🤩. I thought I should come up with a catchphrase like "Nice Masamune without talking about it" ❓🤣. Nice Masamune👍

Special Junmai 🍶Nakadori unfiltered raw sake✨. Sweet for a moment but the aftertaste is dry. Gentle taste. ☺️ A little grassy. Matches the bitterness of tempura, especially young ayu fish tempura 👍Great with hoya ✨Minshuku Numataya original label is Tsubakijima and Aomatsushima. Faint ginjo aroma✨ A sip will leave you with just the right amount of spiciness and sharpness 🥰. This is a food sake, but it has a delicious flavor that doesn't interfere with the ingredients 😌. I rarely drink outside, but this one was delicious 🥰. The disadvantage of drinking it in a restaurant is that you can't taste the flavor immediately after opening the bottle... and you can't tell how it changes the next day or later 😭. The sake I got this time was a bottle and there were only a few bottles left, so there is a high possibility that the taste has changed since the bottle was opened 💧... 💧. And, well, it's impossible for me to drink it in a restaurant... but I have an inquisitive mind as a sake lover 🤭 lol

Beautiful label...18% alcohol by volume...the alcohol is very strong...aroma: a faint aroma of rice. You can feel the delicious taste of rice on the palate...but the bitterness in the aftertaste is bothersome...It's like a good old Japanese sake...I'm having it with sashimi assorted by my regular old man. .... I'm sipping it. It's a raw sake, so it warms you up....

Kimasa "Junmai Ginjo" 720ml Alcohol content 16%. Rice: Gohyakumangoku Polishing ratio 50%. The label is classical, but the taste is clean, mild and gentle. My wife says it has a nice gap between the two.

Rice used is Miyamanishiki Compared to the special junmai we drank before, this one is lighter. It has a slight amber color and a slightly matured taste. There is little bitterness, and no cloying taste. This sake is a bit lacking as a cup sake. The sake had a good sharpness, so it had a refreshing taste. 65th cup sake

Kasumigashoju, Junmai Ginjo. I bought it immediately because it was half price at the drugstore. The spiciness and sweetness overlap and fuse from the beginning and disappear with a delicious taste. Good ministry.

@Osawa of Sake Rice used is unknown Not fruity at all. It is not light and dry, and has aged well. The taste is a mellow type with a strong umami. The aftertaste is surprisingly refreshing for a Daiginjo. It is what is called "the sake of sake.

I stopped by Hashimoto Sake Brewery on my way to Yamanaka Onsen last year. The store is a bit like a museum, and you can learn a lot from the easy-to-understand explanations about the rice polishing ratio and the process of making sake. I was not able to taste the sake because I was the handle keeper, but the president recommended a lot of sake and my family was getting drunk (sweat). I drank it cold, but it was still dry. When I heated it up, it became soft, mellow, and easy to drink. The color is quite amber, so the polish may be shallow. Personally, I think drinking it at room temperature or hot is the right way to go. I like to drink sweet sake cold, but I'm starting to think it would be nice to drink dry sake hot ( ˘ω˘ ).

It has a pleasantly gaseous and and a pleasant sense of refreshment 😄 Dry sake goes well as a food sake, but this kind of sake is also good 👍. but this kind of sake is also good 👍 Is it quite acidic? Is it because it's a draft? Is it because it's a bit dry? I need to drink other sakes and study them too.

The sake rice is Gin-no-sato, developed by the National Institute of Agrobiological Sciences for western Japan. This is the third bottle of sake rice research. We were careful to open the bottle. It erupted at the same time as the bottle was opened. A sparkling toast? It is good on its own. The dryness of the sake's 15% sake level comes out in the latter half of the bottle. It is the type that disappears in a blink of an eye. I can't remember the last time I tasted it.

#Otsuka# w/o/a/ta/stone/too/akutsu Today we will completely pace ourselves with the restaurant's snacks😤. Next up is the Ezo deer cutlet 🤤🤤. It's my first time and I am very excited 🤩🤩🤩🤩! Here's the sake, a big issue 馽(hodashi). It has a cool and refreshing taste. I wondered if it would go well with gibier dishes, Ezo-shika deer has no smell at all and is tender and delicious🤣. The combination made us groan ✨.

The 5th Sagajo Shoten Presents at the 5th Bishushu Raku Kushan Shokai 😃. We were honored to have the opportunity to visit the Umaue Sake Brewery in Hiroshima ❗It's a rare sake to drink, and we had to have another one 😉. So this one is made with Ginpu! The other "Hodashi" is made with Kitashizuku and they are offering a sake that will make the people of Hokkaido happy 🎵Sounds great ✨. It's still dry and refreshing ❗It's the kind of sake that will flow well with very fatty meats 😋.
