profile iconSen Junmai Ginjo Firm umami. Delicious to the aftertaste. SUMA SHUZO, Ishikawa Prefecture. Drink and support!
Japanese>English
profile iconA special junmai sake with a clear taste. It's a little more refined than I usually prefer. In that sense, it may not be like a special junmai sake, or perhaps it is because it is a special junmai sake? The aroma is nice too... 🤩.

profile iconThis year is our 10th wedding anniversary💕 We got the Nikko Honor that was given to us 10 years ago for our 339th wedding anniversary ✨. I was told that Yumesasara and Omachi were newly released recently, and after smelling the aroma, I decided on the Yumesasara. The Omachi one seemed to have a lot of sourness 🤔. The aroma is light 🍈 and you can taste a hint of umami in the mouth, but soon the bitterness or astringency comes and it's dry. The astringency comes and it's dry ✨Clean aftertaste🍀. Delicious 😊Liked it 🥰. To be honest, I used to buy it because "I drank it at a wedding", but this one I want to repeat just for the taste! I'm also interested in the Omachi 😋.

profile iconI bought this because I had to stop by Nikko! The acidity is quite pronounced! Delicious.

profile iconKita Shuzo MIYOGIKU Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Shuzake This brewery is located in Kashihara City, Nara Prefecture. The sake rice is "Rohafu" produced in Nara Prefecture. The yeast is "Yamanokami" also from Nara Prefecture. Slightly sweet aroma and soft taste. The harmony between the acidity and the umami of the rice is good. #Japanese Sake

profile icon@Tachi no Miya Miyokiku" is a standing bar located at the ticket gate of Kashihara Jingu-mae Station. They changed the name to hiragana because some people call it "Miyogiku" or "Shirokiku". It is under the direct management of Kita Sake Brewery, and they only carry sake from this brewery. The sake is easy to drink and has no peculiarities. Thank you very much.

profile iconI had an image of junmai sake as being smooth and lacking in punch. I had an image of junmai sake as being dry and lacking punch, but this one had a ginjo aroma and was delicious. It was delicious. It also had a slightly carbonated taste, so it wasn't too bitter. A bottle was gone in no time... Is that always the case...

profile iconThe concept is a refreshing taste perfect for hot summer! It is characterized by a fresh aroma, moderate flavor, and a crisp, refreshing and clean aftertaste. Sake rice is Jinriki produced in Mitsu-machi, Hyogo Prefecture, with a milling ratio of 65% and No. 9 yeast. Freshly opened and well chilled. It is refreshing! Sourness and bitterness are both felt at first✨. When you roll it around in your mouth, you can feel the umami of the rice 🤤. I paired it with sea bream with sesame and wasabi. It's a very umami sake with very little sweetness, so it will go well with anything you cook with👍

profile iconScoring: ☆☆☆☆ Maboroshi: ☝️ And so, to say, Special Honjozo from Kaisen in Tokyo, a fantastic sake (lol) I don't know what's phantom😅. Tamura Brewery still brewing with well water on the premises. The aroma is subdued, but the mouthfeel is full, delicious, and robust 💕. And the sharpness is quite good, Good aftertaste! (Good aftertaste! It is a delicious taste that you will never get tired of 😘. The third one is Kurumaya Ramen 🍜. After a few decades? It's back in Akita City for the first time in decades! Kurumaya is known for its garlic-flavored miso, but if you try the vegetable miso, there's no garlic😅. I'm not sure why.... But if it's a chain restaurant, I guess Tenichi is the best 💕😋💕.

profile iconKasen was purchased at the souvenir corner of Tsuru Tsuru Onsen. The name "Kasen" means "fantastic sake" in Japanese. The aroma is a bit strong. Well...maybe it is not suitable for cold sake because of its harsh taste. It tastes like a sake from a long time ago. Maybe I should try heating it up a little.
