Traveled to Hamadori to visit a museum of the earthquake disaster. On the express on the way home. I had a drink at an izakaya in Iwaki last night, and was told that 95% of the sake shipped is consumed locally. It is true that I have never seen this brand before. It is an easy-drinking sake with just the right amount of sweetness.

Third cup, Nichiei, a brand I've never heard of before. It has a yellowish color, sourness and peculiar taste, similar to Tamagawa 🤔. It might be good if it is heated up, All three were delicious. I've been drunk since the beginning of the trip lol.

Memorandum📝. The most addictive sake in hiyaoroshi. It has a bitter and smoky taste, The maturity of the sake envelops you with a roundness from start to finish. It is a sense of security from childhood, surrounded by babysitters. It is an excellent sake that can be served cold or hot. I drank two bottles in one season.

Started work today. Fukushima Prefecture, Kawanuma-gun. Toyokuni Sake Brewing Co. Toyokuni Tokubetsu Junmai Yamadanishiki Nama-Nagara Sake Toyokuni is famous for its "Ippou-self" (Higashi) from Ishikawa County, and Toyokuni from Aizu, Kawanuma County, where we will drink this time. I found out that there are two Toyokuni Shuzo Goshi companies with the same name. The brewer here told me that they no longer have to indicate the year of production. He told me that this brewery is identified by its own production number, NP-23C, where NP is not known, but 23 is the year 2023, and C is March, since the months go up alphabetically from A to January. I bought a bottle of March released Nama sake in November 😁. I drink it cold. The color is light for an aged sake, just enough yellow to be discernible. The aroma is sweet and mature, like burnt caramel. It also has a honey-like flavor. The mouthfeel is surprisingly light, and the flavor has the extremes of sweetness and nuttiness that are typical of a matured wine. After swallowing, the matured aroma lingering in the nose expands and the concentrated sweet and delicious taste increases. A bit of sourness at the end. It has the juiciness and depth of a pure sake, and is rich, mellow, and delicious. Ingredients: Rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic) Polishing ratio:60% Flattened rice Rice used: Yamadanishiki produced in Hyogo Prefecture Alcohol Content:16% Alcoholic Beverage

Introducing a izakaya with an austere, connoisseur-like atmosphere. I was interested in this sake because a guide recommended it on a TV program. I was curious about this sake. ‼️ I heard it is very popular sake in Niigata. I didn't know that😅 It has no aroma. ❗️ It has no habit and it's refreshing and easy to drink. It is easy to drink. ❗️ I don't feel the umami and sweetness when it's cold so I'd like to try it heated next time 😊. I would like to drink it heated next time 😊.

Gen no Taki Shiboritate Daiginjo 720ml This is the second bottle from the Gen no Taki brewery. This one is also fruity, refreshing and delicious. We went with three people and had a great time with the couple next door. But daytime drinking is effective. I think I was already empty for one more bottle😅. The venue was just like a fair, with blind sake tasting, sake rice ball sales, and a yakisoba stand. There were also yakisoba stalls to entertain us 😄.

The 10th Gen no Taki Limited Sake Brewery Opening On Saturday, I went to the 10th Gen no Taki brewery opening. There were many cups on sale for 100 yen and 200 yen, but I was told that bottles are more economical, so I opened a bottle. The freshly pumped sake tastes fresh and delicious 😋. 400 yen for all-you-can-stuff sake lees, 100 yen for a large bag of plums to be used for plum wine, and I brought my backpack 😄.

Omachi! A typical old-fashioned taste. While at first it has a sense of being too sweet, But it is reset by the acidity and bitterness at the end. Delicious! Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol content 16%.

Last of the mini-tastings! Comparing different types of chiloris... It was interesting because it is not easy to have 4 kinds! Omachi 60% polished rice Alcohol 15 degrees Celsius First of all, I drank it as it was, but it tasted delicious and easy to drink! Aluminum bottle First of all, when it is heated up, it becomes sweeter and easier to drink at once. It has a strong attack and a short aftertaste. Titanium. The taste comes out straight. It's like a refreshing taste at room temperature. Copper. Sweeter taste and easier to drink. Tin. The taste is mellowed and there is a long aftertaste. I felt the best taste of rice. It is my favorite taste. ❣️ The third one is for tasting 😁. Snow Crystal by Kouei Kiku! I was surprised at how sweet it was after opening the bottle!

Junmai Ginjo. Lots of umami and mushroom on the nose. Soft texture, flavor of light melon, pear, and rather intense pepper on the finish. Alcohol and pepper carry on for a while.
