Japanese Sake Fest @ Osaka Bay Tower (・ω・`) The effect of oak barrels, or something quite close to whiskey, but the mellowness and acidity of sake is also alive! I know it's just my imagination, but I feel it's similar to the whiskey akashi. Of course, if I didn't know any better, I wouldn't have thought so. I also had a bottle of Junmai Namae in the heated sake corner, but my memory is a little fuzzy on whether or not my brain was getting the alcohol when I got here! I do remember that it was meant to be heated, but that's about it.

Japanese Sake Fest】Osaka Bay Tower (10) I will buy a bottle next time! It's my favorite. It was so good that it sobered me up. The sake was surprisingly rich and sweet, with a sake degree of -57. However, it is not heavy. You can drink it refreshingly. I was recommended to drink it with soda. It is also delicious on the rocks. 0Nippon Soul Mizuhashi Special II Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake It is delicious! It has a good balance of sweetness and acidity. It is also good on the rocks.

June 3, 2023 At Japanese Sake Satou in Matsuyama, Japan. I took a new employee to my favorite restaurant to drinking sake. The last and seventh drink of the day was Koei Kiku Tsukishita Muyori. It is a mellow, sweet and delicious sake, easy to drink easy to drink without feeling the alcohol content. It is easy to drink without feeling alcohol content. Mitsurensei 15th Anniversary Special Sake 5 Years Aged Shiga Watabune Rokugou ✨ H29BY=2017BY and from 2022.7 when shipped, it's aged 5 years, but it's now aged 6 years with +1 year in our house😅. I'll try it as an after-dinner drink after dinner 🍶. It's colorless and clear when you pour it into the cup. The aroma is completely old and matured, with hints of dried grapes, brandy, chocolate, and cacao...it's just mellow. The taste is also bitter with bitter chocolate sweetness, followed by alcohol 😋. Sake received at the Sake World Summit. This sake is brewed with Ginbukiyo sake produced in Shiga Prefecture. The acidity and umami of the sake are well intertwined with each other. It was a delicious sake. It is perfect as an in-between-dinner drink. My wine-loving friend who accompanied me also accepted the taste of this sake made from the sake's "nama-hashiroshi" (sake brewed from the same yeast as the original yeast).

Purchased 👀 at Sazanami Sake Shop in front of the station during a day trip to Hikone. Beautiful, corner space and friendly staff. It was a nice store 😙. Since I was there, I chose Kazuhiro, a sake I had never had before from Shiga. It was full, slightly sweet, had a delicious rice flavor, and was very drinkable 😋. Paired with sweet ayu fish from Lake Biwa, it was delicious. ❤️ It is indeed a sake from Shiga, a rice-producing region 😇
