I'm not sure what to say ๐ฅ.
This is delicious!
When I have a sudden urge to drink nigori
I wish I could find such a tasty and low alcohol nigori sake ๐.

Smoked sake. Watermelon in drunken summer. The aroma is fresh and sweet like watermelon. It is a light summer sake, but that is why it is easy to drink!
Sake and Sake vol.3 โฃ
We joined Higu and Nanoha and had a great time ๐.
You can hear the sound of gas popping every time you pour ๐๐.

Memorandum๐.
A little drink at an eel restaurant.
It is alsobeerated, but it is refreshing and easy to drink.
It is refreshing like summer sake.
It goes perfectly with grilled liver.
The sake here is really smooth and sweet like juice. Although this is a draft sake, I can easily drink it without feeling its weight.

Alcohol content: 15
Awaichiba Yamadanishiki
Rice polishing ratio: 70
This sake is brewed using "Awaichiba Yamadanishiki" grown on the southern slopes of the Asan Mountains in Tokushima Prefecture.
As the label suggests, the aroma is grain-like.
The taste was more dry as it was the next sake after the Niimasa R-type I mentioned earlier.
It was interesting to see the duality of the mild yet robust umami in the mouth and the super-dry aftertaste.
I had it with horse mackerel and it was really delicious.

Junmai sake made with flat polished rice ๐ถ.
The rice flavor and soft aroma(*^^*)
It is certainly a sake that you will never get tired of drinking ๐ถ.
Thank you for the sake.
A unique sweetness lingers on the tongue after the sweet aroma.

Sake purchased in Nara, GW.
This is my first time to buy sake from Nakatani Sake Brewery.
It seems that they have a factory in China and also produce Chinese sake using Chinese rice.
It has a mild sweetness with a slight yogurt-like nuance. There is also a good amount of acidity.
Yamanokami yeast is a type of sasayuri. I've had Yamanokami yeast sake in the past, but I didn't know it was a flower yeast.
I heard that there used to be a raw version of this sake, but I am sure it is delicious.
It seems that this sake is also limited in stock. There was only one bottle left at the store where I bought it.
I heard that they moved the brewery that was closed at the Corona Disaster to the center of town and started a brewery where you can experience brewing.
I wonder if that's why they are discontinuing all of their existing products.
This sake is made in Beijing.
Type: tokubetsu honjozo, rice milling rate: 60%, alc.: 15,5%
I tried this sake at room temperature with sushi. Aroma was mild with promising sweetness. Flavor is refreshing and medium sweet. Sake has medium body and feels very light. Went well with the dinner. It is also very cheap.
Aizan sake, still stocked but a little interrupted for refrigerator reasons๐ .
Shochiku Ume, but brewed in Nada, not Fushimi.
There's a big building that looks like a factory near Sunshine Wharf.
The bottle and cap have a unique design.
The aroma on the nose is quite gorgeous, with a slight nuance of peppermint. In the mouth, it has a gorgeous sweetness and a bitter spiciness. It is refreshing but has a strong personality, probably because it is an unfiltered sake.

It has no complex flavor, but is smooth and easy to drink. It is a casual sake, I guess.
freshly squeezed
Purchased a small bottle.
I wonder if it is a standard bottle. It was available at the store for 100 yen.
It is sweet and thick.

Classical and heavy. Solid and drinkable.

I bought it at the store (warehouse) on 2/3 Setsubun Festival ๐.
It was my first time to visit there and I would like to drink it inside ๐.
It was served with Masu at Yoshida-yama as well. It is high in alcohol content but has a fresh aroma and is delicious!
It's a refreshing and tasty drink! and refreshing, yet delicious.

Raku-no-Se Junmai 4-dan rice over-brewing. This is your first sake. I drank it thinking that it would be dark and sweet, but it was sweet. But it was sweet. Very thick. It was more than I expected. This is not something you can drink casually.
Clear and refreshing, with a fruity center. This is delicious, 80 points.

I guess this one falls into the swishy category too ๐ค.
Light sweetness and lightness of the moment ๐.
It might be good for those who say they are not good at sake!

Sweet but apple-like.
Clean and unctuous
It has a sharp taste.

The 7th Matsuo Taisha Sake-1 Grand Prix โฃ
Islander sake brewery had a stall at "Sake World Summit in KYOTO" and we were curious about it.
Since the system of multiple lines was not good for time performance, bouken and I changed to a sharing strategy.
They had passion fruit, Kona coffee, and Junmai Daiginjo.
ISLANDER SAKE Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama-Genshu.
It was a proper sake with a gentle acidity and a rather refreshing taste. It is a loose sake that is a little lacking in my opinion. The price is expensive, so I don't think I will buy it.
ISLANDER SAKE Kona Coffee
The color is a little brownish and it smells like coffee. I always drink my coffee black, so I thought it was very light coffee. I don't think I'll buy this one either.
Here, I ran into the owner and manager of "Sake Bar Shinshiro," which I had visited with bouken-san before.

This year we received another sake brewed on the island of Hawaii.
The taste is a jun-dai with a good balance of sweetness and acidity, deep aroma and very smooth on the palate.
Thank you again for the delicious sake. ๐โโ๏ธ

islander sake brewery in Hawaii
I had known about this sake for a while but could not afford it because of its high price.
I took this opportunity to try it.
Rutemi drank it a while ago ๐.
I drank
โ Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake
It was made with KITASHIZUKU.
It was quite a proper sake. It was moderately floral and had a good amount of sake flavor. The price is 7,700 yen and if you ask me if I would buy it, I would say ๐ค.
Kona Coffee Unfiltered Nama Sake
Sake that was not on the distributed list. This was more interesting than the Jun Dai.
There was also a fruity tropical sake, but I could imagine the taste and thought coffee would be more interesting, so I tasted this one.
The rice is Kitashizuku and Calrose rice.
Coffee beans soaked in sake?
It tasted like fresh coffee beans!
It had an atmosphere similar to the canned coffee called "Fresh Bean Blend" that Nescafe used to offer.
I wonder if this is a liqueur or a craft sakรฉ, and how it would be classified?
Special Junmai๐ถ Nama SakeโจHanafuki๐พ.
Gorgeousโจ, but light. Lychee from pear๐. Goes well with deep fried burdock ๐good with marinated squid ๐ฆ and celery ๐I looked up the label on the internet to see what it was, it was an antelope ๐ฒ it looks like it could be a hare, salamander, or something else.

No label? I was wondering...
A slight rabbit ๐ฐ that can be seen through
Pitchy, slightly effervescent, yogurt, apple, I'm not much of a sake drinker, so my vocabulary is poor,
Everyone loves modern naturals with a solid body.
Not surprisingly, two bottles of ice cold sake followed (^_^; ).
