It was my first time to try Usuzakura. I missed the chance to buy nama sake, so I bought hiyaoroshi.
The rice is Ginfuki. It has a relaxed atmosphere. The aroma is a little fruity. It has a mild sweet umami taste. Is it sweet among the Hiyaoroshi?
