The other day, I read Jay & Nobby's post about Toyoga and remembered the chuckle I had when I read Toyoka's previous post😇.
Today I was sorting through our fridge and found Toyoga and Toyoka from the Shinshu Secret Sake Hanpukai, so I decided to compare the two 😀.
Since it's a secret hanpukai, I don't know the specs other than the sake rice 🤣.
We started with Toyooka, a Miyamanishiki sake 😀.
The aroma is restrained but elegant and fruity 😀 The taste is also moderately sweet and deliciously fruity 😀.
The taste also has the right amount of sweetness and fruity flavor, but it is not cloying and fades away nicely 😇.
It was a delicious sake😇

I actually got it quite a while ago, but I missed the timing to drink it and it took me this long to open the bottle 🤣.
I can't tell if my taste buds can't tell unless we drink them at the same time😇.
