We had this bottle at Takazawa Sake Shop last month. The day after tomorrow, the day after the Joetsu Sake Festival, I will be in the Shinshu area, but it looks like they are closed on Sundays, so I regret that I will not be able to visit again. I missed buying some sake the last time I was there😅.
Well, the sake is delicious, with a light sweet acidity and a slight umami flavor 😋.
I would like to have a bottle of this sake at all times 🍶.
Tennyo no Shizuku Junmai Daiginjo
A strike in the middle for a long time!
Moderate liveliness and gorgeousness, excellent balance of acidity, sweetness, and umami.
The sharpness is also good!

After Obuse, we had Tempura Zaru Soba for lunch at Matsubaya Soba Restaurant in Suzaka. We then went in search of Toyoga's brother's liquor store.
After Yakitori Bancho, we were going to have a drink at the izakaya below the inn, but to our surprise it was closed😭.
We had no choice but to take out Toyoga from the cooler box 🧰 in the car and drink it in the room with my senpai. Tennyo no shizuku, it was delicious!
Hello @Mizuhashi 😃
Mr. Takazawa Sake Shop ❗️ I went to Masamune Hunt the other day myself. A nice man who seemed to be a good person served me. From the sign on the storefront, it seems like things are getting more difficult, but I hope they can keep it going as long as possible 🥺.
Hi Hiro, Good evening 🌇.
Somehow I felt it too.
I wonder if you have been ill.
I wanted to buy all the bottles of Daishinshu that were on sale, but I had to give up because they were raw sake. I will definitely revisit 🫡.
Toyoga Black Label Miyamanishiki 49% Junmai Daiginjo
Rating 4.4
Alcohol: 15°, Sake: ±0, Acidity: 1.6, Nagano D yeast, Bottle warmed, Nama-zume 2024 [out of warehouse in September 2025].
It has an elegant aroma reminiscent of wasanbon. The acidity is also effective and coordinates the sweetness. Convergence feels a bit heavy. I think it is because it is a hiyaoroshi spec. It may be easy to match with relatively heavy dishes such as meat and saury.
This is a drink comparison from a souvenir store that my friend and I stopped by on our pilgrimage to Conan's sacred sites.
Slightly sweet and easy to drink!
Today, Tennyo no Shizuku Junmai Daiginjo made with Miyamanishiki from Toyoga in Obuse, Nagano Prefecture❗️❗️
The aroma is clean, fruity, and sweet❗️As you sip, there is a mellow texture on the tongue, with raw tingling and a sharp acidity coming❗️and the fruity sweet aroma leaves the nose❗️It is also a great food sake❤️
Sake from Obuse, famous for its chestnuts. The light blue label is refreshing and summery. The taste is perfect for this time of year, with a refreshing acidity that cuts through quickly.
It is said to be drier than other brands of this brand. Next time, I would like to drink it lukewarm after the fall season.
