Gorgeous ginjo aroma. It has a clean, light and beautiful sweetness. Although it is jungin, the taste is so beautiful that you would think it is daiginjo. Is it because it is made by hanging it in a bag?
It is delicious, but maybe too elegant.
It would have been better if it had a little more umami.
