Rice flavor is strong, slightly spicy, sweet and complex. Delicious.
At 20 degrees, I thought it might have a strong alkaline taste, but the complex umami (although not lacking) quickly drowns it out. Good balance.
I drank it cold, but it would be delicious warmed.
The aroma is not that strong, but it is a fruity aroma that I like. The moment you take a sip, you may feel sweetness for a moment, followed by umami and acidity. The end is fresh bitterness. The viscosity seems high.
