The bottle was opened easily without any movement even though the cork was loosened with care 🤣.
The aroma is subdued with a subtle ginjo aroma.
The taste is light, with a light base and a good accent of sweetness and acidity.
I wanted to feel a little more of the gasiness that is a characteristic of Moriboshi.

First time drinking Saku Junmai Sake!
The rice flavor is very apparent on the palate 😋.
But it also has a freshness to it that makes it a well-balanced sake that I never get tired of drinking.
