Sanwa Shuzui, famous for its shochu Iichiko, is a Japanese sake brewery. It seems the company was initially founded as a sake brewery. I really wanted to drink a certain sake, so I bought it together when I popped into Hasegawa Sake Shop! It is gorgeous and juicy with a light gasiness. A trace of bitterness at the end. How come they don't sell this delicious sake? It's a modern sake and they should push more sake 🤔.

Bunkajin Summer Jungin Junmai Ginjo The haunted label is a very good one that we enjoyed last year 👻. I kind of enjoy the luminescence of the label. It's cute😍. It's still delicious. It's a summer sake, but it's got a lot of umami. It has a nice carbonation, and then a sizzling umami taste. The bitter taste at the end is so good that it makes you want to take another sip.

Mimuro cedar, wooden vat, Bodai yeast, Yamadanishiki First of all, the fresh aroma is wonderful! The aroma is understated, but it's so good it puts a grin on your face 😋. Refreshingly sweet and acidic with a hint of green apple. It has a beautiful taste. It goes down smoothly. I managed to keep about half of it and want to enjoy the taste change 😄

Kameizumi Junmai Ginjo Nama Shu Nama Shu This is another sake that I know without a doubt will be delicious. For me, this is what I imagine CEL-24 to be. Sweet and sour pineapple. It is fresh and juicy. The aroma is also gorgeous. I enjoyed it tonight as well. Thanks for the treat 😆.

Eikofuji Aizan Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu It has a strong sweetness. The gorgeous sweetness and umami spread in the mouth and fall down the throat leaving a bitter taste. There is a tingling sensation on the tongue. The sweetness takes precedence until the end. We enjoyed it with chirashi sushi and salmon sashimi. We thought it might not be a food sake, but it was delicious 😍.

Kido Junmai Ginjo-shu Haru no Kaorufu It was a spring storm today. We will have this one because of the wind connection, though it is not a "korukaze". It has a refreshing sweetness and soft acidity. It goes down your throat smoothly, and the alcohol is released softly through your nose. It is really a beautiful sake. As usual, the price does not match the taste. Is it the best in terms of cost performance?

Akabu Junmai Ginjo Aizan NEWBORN According to the back label, Aizan was brewed with passion, love and guts. The mouthfeel is soft, with a delay of one tempo and a sizzle. It is not flashy, but the sweet flavor spreads in the mouth. It has a nice sharpness and is easy to drink. The higher the temperature is, the more you can taste the umami. It is really delicious. I'm happy again tonight 😊Thank you.

Mimuro Sugi, Roman Series, Dio Abita Fruity sweet and sour aroma. The delicious taste spreads in the mouth. It leaves a juicy taste on the tip of the tongue at the end. It is 13%, but it is still very tasty. Yet it is easy to drink. I thought there must be no mistake, so I bought a bottle. It was a great decision!

SENKOKU Junmai-shu OMACHI Autumn Calm aroma. Refreshing acidity. Juicy, maybe apple? The umami spreads gradually with a gentle effervescence. Omachi autumn sake was as delicious as expected. We expect the taste to change after the second day!

I can taste various fruits, but I can't name them at all😅. It's easy to drink, with a bitter taste at the end. 13%, so it's easy to drink. There are only a few bottles left. But it's still delicious.

Musical instrument Masamune Dewa Sanzan Chukuri Sweet and juicy. Tangy acidity. Smooth with little bitterness. It is sweet but has a refreshing aftertaste. Easy to drink. The second and third days, it seems to become more beautiful and refined. The sweetness becomes stronger and less persistent. Delicious, that's all I can say. A bottle melted in 3 days. I'm happy again tonight 😍.

It has a slightly yellowish color and the smell is cemedine-like. It has a sweet aftertaste, perhaps because it is made from the original brewing process, but it is not sweet, and it is dry. I think it is better to heat up the sake, so I microwaved it as it is. It smells a little like lactic acid bacteria, and it tastes better this way. Now we have conquered Kanagawa Prefecture. There are only 5 prefectures left!
