Here is my first sake of the year! I bought the label the moment I saw it at Hasegawa Sake Shop because it was so cute 😂. I often drink Atago no Matsu, but this was my first time drinking Atago no Sakura and I was surprised at how light it was! It really was the perfect sake for a mealtime drink 🍶.

At Hasegawa Sake Shop I just went to Hasegawa Sake Shop and bought a goodie bag! It's a zodiac version! Sake from the Shinzawa Brewery When it comes to Junmai Daiginjo, every sake is beautiful and clean and refreshing taste! The sweetness of this sake spreads slowly. It got me hooked on sake, I was deeply moved to drink Atago no Matsu (Atago no Sakura this time), which is the sake that got me hooked on sake. I hope you enjoy this year too 🍶. I had a little less to drink, so I'll open a Sandesi. This is my first visit to this brewery! This time it's Atago no Matsu Junmai Ginjo from the Shinzawa Shuzo Brewery! Let's start drinking! First, the aroma. It has a refreshing aroma. In the mouth, there is not so much sweetness, but a complex taste and a slight bitterness. It is smooth from start to finish, giving the impression of being very easy to drink. When served with a meal, the sweetness increases at the moment of drinking and it is very beautiful. The complexity and bitterness are still there, so they do not interfere with the meal. We were well healed by delicious sake this week!
