Waka Botan, the one I popped at Hasegawa Sake Shop with Hakutsuru.
I drank it at the Japanese sake festival in July and it was delicious, but I was so drunk that I forgot to buy it and regretted it 🙄.
Fresh and a little gassy. Perfectly balanced sweetness, not too sweet. The aftertaste is a bit short. I think it's a perfect flavor for during a meal. It was just as good as when we drank it at the Japanese Sake Festival.
It has increased my confidence in Gokei!
A little on the expensive side though💦.
