This Sanban is made from Miyamanishiki and is quite fruity, sweet and sour.
It is a very fruity, sweet and sour sake, but at the same time, it is refreshing and clean.

Choyo Fukumusume's limited specs are that it is made from the yeast and pumped directly from the yeast.

They use Akita Sake Komachi and KT901 yeast.
