At Sake Shop Tanno @ Obihiro. First time I saw this sake from Gifu. I heard it is a very precious one. I like it because it has a gorgeous aroma and a strong rice flavor. I hope I can drink it again somewhere.
At Sake Shop Tanno @ Obihiro. I was attracted to this sake by its cute label. It has a refreshing ginjo aroma, and as the name suggests, it is a summer sake that should be drunk cool and crisp.
At Sake Shop Tanno @ Obihiro. I was happy to be able to drink Ginfu no Hana-yoso in Hokkaido. It is lighter than other sake rice, but has a bitter taste and is well-balanced. I was impressed that the Ginkaze series of Hana-yosuyu has such a high level of flavor.
Finally opened a bottle of 2023BY (made in March 2024) draft sake. It is dry, which is not typical of Tsushimaya, but I am not sure if this is due to the fact that it has been left out for so long.
The softly sweet aroma and umami of Miyamanishiki are apparent in the mouthfeel, while the slightly dry taste is refreshingly crisp. It is an excellent sake that goes well with meals.
