Chokaizan Summer Sake. It's a standard sake every year, right? It must be.
They use Akita Sake Komachi and KT901 yeast.
KT901 yeast seems to be a multi-acid yeast.
It has a fruity aroma and tastes like it would go well with sashimi.
Although it is fire-aged, it is fresh and easy to drink.
