7/10 I'm drinking Kozan for the first time. There seem to be various kinds of sake, and the most popular ones are "Samban" and "Corporal". I heard there is also a back side. Oh no, I had no idea... This Sanban is made from Miyamanishiki and is quite fruity, sweet and sour. It is a very fruity, sweet and sour sake, but at the same time, it is refreshing and clean. I want to be more conscious of this sake from now on.

7/10 Slightly effervescent, fresh summer sake. It had a mysterious bitterness, or perhaps it was derived from Omachi, or perhaps it had a unique flavor. Overall, it was gorgeous and juicy, but easy to drink without a sticky sweetness. It was a refreshing summer sake.

7/10 Summer sake from Aki Tora. I've never seen this label before, but it's cute! The tiger looks like a firework. It is made from Tosa Rei (Tosa Urara), a Kochi Prefecture sake rice. It is a refreshing summer sake, but I was a bit surprised at how fruity it is. I thought it would be a lighter sake. I found another delicious summer sake.

7/10 True White from Kangiku's Occasional series. I feel like I drink this as a regular drink every year. I think the Red has more impact, but the White has more sharpness and complexity. It is good to be able to taste both the fruity flavor that is typical of Kangiku and the slightly bitter flavor of Omachi.

7/10 Chokaizan Summer Sake. It's a standard sake every year, right? It must be. They use Akita Sake Komachi and KT901 yeast. KT901 yeast seems to be a multi-acid yeast. It has a fruity aroma and tastes like it would go well with sashimi. Although it is fire-aged, it is fresh and easy to drink.
