True White from Kangiku's Occasional series.
I feel like I drink this as a regular drink every year.
I think the Red has more impact, but the White has more sharpness and complexity.
It is good to be able to taste both the fruity flavor that is typical of Kangiku and the slightly bitter flavor of Omachi.
