It has a nice, autumnal, beautiful orange label 🍁.
The taste,
The aroma is slightly sweet with a hint of grain?
The mouthfeel is smooth, but the rice flavor increases when the temperature is slightly higher than room temperature, and the umami acidity is stronger!
I always drink without looking at the alcohol content, but this one was quite heavy 😂.
I looked at the label and it was 18-19 degrees😃.
Less than half of a whiskey, but be careful, you can drink it in gulps 🥲.
My fridge is getting lonely so I have to go procure some...

How does it taste?
The aroma is slightly dry? I feel it is.
When you put it in your mouth, the fruity aroma spreads immediately and the sweetness runs smoothly on your tongue 😆.
It has a nice lingering sensation of a little bit of sweetness and acidity that leaves the nose 😆.
I looked closer and saw that it was 16 degrees and had a heavy flavor.

Fruity, mellow sweetness and aroma with a silky, thick texture😍.
The sweetness fills your mouth and then it comes together nicely and goes down the back of your throat... it finishes nicely leaving a lingering aftertaste of another sip.
While I was drinking it with this thought in mind, someone drank it on their own! I was drinking so much that I thought 😱.

This summer's Daiginjo was another Sakunohana with a different atmosphere.
The mouthfeel is soft.
Not very floral, but fruity? It is more like a grain type sweetness. The acidity is low.
The second half is a little alcoholic.

Yes, it's still delicious 😋!
The first taste is umami and sweetness, followed by a fruity acidity with a hint of gas 😚 and then a bitterness that comes later and is quite strong 😅It left a lingering taste on my tongue at first, but as I continue drinking it with the food, it brings happiness to my mouth. ☺️

Oh ho😍this is juicy and distinctly different from the previous two bottles 😌juicy but with a rich umami flavor and volume👍
All of them are delicious and I was comparing them evenly while feeling happy 🥲At this point, I decided to do a J&N style assemblage at the end 🤗 and the first tank mix of 250mL is ready ‼️
What? How did I know the exact amount? Because as you can see in the picture, I mixed it with a measuring cup 😆.
The remaining amount of the blame was a little bit too much for the first tank of mix 😁 but after mixing it, it was still similar to the middle one 😚 but the flavor was so rich that mixing it was the right choice!
I enjoyed the comparison of the three brothers in the same tank!
But if you ask me which one is the best ❓... I guess the attack of "Arabashiri" is the most impressive 🤔.

It's quite challenging to do your own assemblage with Sentori's sake, which Sentori is good at 😁.
