Tabika雄町 瓶火入れ TABIKA 2020BY特別純米 つちにてんI was looking for a brand that is only available at Tomiya, and I found Tamitsu and Kyokko's Yumachi on the shelf, so I compared them!
Strong acidity in the mouth, different impression from Asahi Koh
But after that, it has a complex flavor typical of Omachi, which makes it interesting to compare!
I don't particularly like Omachi, but there are a lot of different brands out there now, so I'll drink more and more as I find them! つちにてんA series of brands I've only had in restaurants
Yumachi was on the shelves at Tomiya, so we compared it with Tamitsu.
Although there is a difference between special junmai and junmai ginjo, I was reminded of the taste of Omachi rice.
It is not bitterness, but rather than straight rice flavor, it leaves a complex taste somewhere in the back.
Junmai Ginjo Asahi Koh has a mellow, umami sweetness, and an interesting roundness with a tangy taste.
