I was looking for a brand that is only available at Tomiya, and I found Tamitsu and Kyokko's Yumachi on the shelf, so I compared them!
Strong acidity in the mouth, different impression from Asahi Koh
But after that, it has a complex flavor typical of Omachi, which makes it interesting to compare!
I don't particularly like Omachi, but there are a lot of different brands out there now, so I'll drink more and more as I find them!

A series of brands I've only had in restaurants
Yumachi was on the shelves at Tomiya, so we compared it with Tamitsu.
Although there is a difference between special junmai and junmai ginjo, I was reminded of the taste of Omachi rice.
It is not bitterness, but rather than straight rice flavor, it leaves a complex taste somewhere in the back.
Junmai Ginjo Asahi Koh has a mellow, umami sweetness, and an interesting roundness with a tangy taste.
Makes me want to explore Omachi a little more.

This is actually my second bottle of Natsu-no-happu, as I forgot to take a picture of it the last time I bought it.
As is typical of summer sake, it is easy to drink.
But the rice flavor is also very good.
The acidity was a characteristic of the product, but it was not at the forefront, and it was a moderate, gentle acidity.
In that sense, I guess it has a fruitiness like grapefruit.
Now that I have finally painted Wakayama Prefecture, there are only 4 prefectures left!

Found a boxed bottle at Tomiya that is perfect for gift-giving.
It was over my budget, but I bought it without a second thought.
The obi says, "Good sake will always be understood by people through heaven," and I can feel the commitment.
Not strongly fruity, only faintly fragrant.
Mild on the palate
Full of rice flavor, but not too sweet.
It is very elegant and gentle, and seems to go well with delicate dishes.
I guess that's why they are so popular in Japanese restaurants.
I would buy it again if I could find it, but it depends on the cost.

Finally got around to opening it 😆.
I️ enjoyed drinking it with my wife.
The aroma is muscatty, the taste is astringent grape, and the flavor is crisp and dry💦.
I've been drinking only origara-mi lately, so I feel like I'm missing something.
I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not, but it's a good idea.
I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it'll be great.
It's just not my favorite💦

You can find it on Instagram by searching for Daisuke Ueda ️.
It's only sold to the public once or twice a year, so you can buy it if the time is right😄.

Aroma: A slight alcohol smell.
The fruity aroma is stronger, so I don't think it will bother me much.
The taste is just white wine ️.
The aftertaste of the grape is just like white wine😄.
It's not bad, but it's not my favorite💦.
