This is actually my second bottle of Natsu-no-happu, as I forgot to take a picture of it the last time I bought it.
As is typical of summer sake, it is easy to drink.
But the rice flavor is also very good.
The acidity was a characteristic of the product, but it was not at the forefront, and it was a moderate, gentle acidity.
In that sense, I guess it has a fruitiness like grapefruit.
Now that I have finally painted Wakayama Prefecture, there are only 4 prefectures left!
I think I can manage Tokyo and Tokushima, but I guess I'll just have to pooch Okinawa and Miyazaki...
