I wasn't sure how to write it since the company and the name changed, but I used Insta and SAKE Times as references.
The name represents the harmony of yin and yang. This sake represents bright hope and the hope that people and society will gradually move in the right direction. The concept of the taste is "Karomi".
Fuzan zen, one of the 64 trigrams of the I Ching, represents the wind (巽) slowly climbing up a mountain (艮).

This is Raku no sei 2BY (shipped in November 2020), kept at room temperature.
It was served warm (🍶).
The aroma is a little bit acidic and has the aroma of heated raw sake.
The sweetness on the palate with a hint of caramel and the acidity from the Yamahai process is really good 😆.
Nice acidity 😘.
This was delicious.
By the way, the original owner of this sake is the organizer of the Raku no sei no kai that I have attended several times.
He is indeed a great guy 😌.

The kenrishi is on the 3rd floor, but the 1st floor is a standing bar and they have a huge variety of sake in the fridge, so it's worth it just to see it 😊.
