The aroma is typical of Senkori's brewer's yeast, yet elegant. 〜Brewer's Information From the "Heritage" series of Senkou aged sake, which has been in preparation for several years, we selected the best years of the previous aged naturals and blended them instead of brewing water. The result is a bottle that can be called the pinnacle of aged kijozo-shu.

Izumikawa is a local Fukushima limited distribution product of the Tobiroki brand. Almost the same specs, but the spiciness is mellower than Tobiroki and you can feel the rice. It is good cold, but also good warmed up. ❗️

Everyone loves it! It's a quintessential pin. The fact that it was served at the end of the first course today means that it was a dessert sake. It was a light sake from the beginning, but then the last one came out as sweet as it could be, and well, that's what it was.
