Sake with a label featuring a picture of Sha's daughter at Sake Koubou Kaede. It is cute.
The brand name seems to be a remnant.
Sour and fresh. 南十字輝6/10
It really looks like it was squeezed this morning.
It still has a freshly squeezed, unpasteurized sake feel to it.
This kind of festive sake is also good. 南十字輝7/10
Oriental Beauty is usually like that, but this one is more gorgeous.
The aroma is strong and the sweetness is strong.
Rich. 南十字輝8/10
This was delicious.
It has a great flavor and sharpness, and is great as a food sake.
Maybe it was just the food that matched it.
I would like to drink other specs. 南十字輝6/10
This is a seasonal one, so I thought I'd drink it.
I remember being a bit disappointed with the very dry finish from last year or the year before.
This year's Snowman was rather vigorous.
It was very dry and tasty. 南十字輝7/10
I didn't have any mackerel or I was eating sashimi, so here it is.
There's also crabs and stuff.
Sometimes there is this kind of thing, but I guess it's usually a wash effect.
I wish I could drink it when I'm eating Fukui mackerel. 南十字輝7/10
First gathering of sake lovers in a while.
For some reason, we started with dry sake.
I wonder if this is a honjozo spec.
It's called "dry," but I guess it's not dry at all.
It's okay because my senpai looks satisfied with it. 南十字輝7/10
I drink Tateyama, which I end up drinking for some reason, again on this day.
The familiar taste is still strong. And I like it.
I guess it's like a marriage with my body. 南十字輝7/10
Hayaseura's PB sake.
Originally recognized as a delicious sake, it tasted exactly as one would expect a well-balanced sake to taste.
Dry and well-balanced sake. 南十字輝6/10
I don't know much about the Tomozo series, but it seems to be a fluffy concept sake.
It is said to be a blend of junmai sake.
Not much aroma, just a mildly enjoyable sake.
There is an expectation that it might be better as a heated sake. 南十字輝6/10
Why hiya oroshi now?
It has a rather dry impression, acidic and refreshing.
I thought it might not have been the first sake, but it seems to go well with everything. numao_picchiSolid body to the point of drinking out of it. One cup is enough. aika32Delicious ‼️ light cloudy, grapefruit-like 南十字輝7/10
Peach-colored nigori, a staple of Oze snow, again this year.
It may be pink with red yeast, but it already looks like peach calpis.
For some reason, the color makes it taste strawberry-like.
Information from sight is important, isn't it?
The elegant and cute taste is very spring-like. 南十字輝6/10
This sake was made with Bikuyo's CEL-24.
Although Bikuyo itself has a strong image of being dry, the taste was fruity, as one would expect from CEL-24.
The freshness was maintained and the aroma was imparted, making it enjoyable in a white wine-like way. くまっちゃ(Log)

Tashimakai? I didn't know what it was, but it was a sake made by the Nakashimaya Brewery of Kanenaka and Nakashimaya. Apparently, it is read as "Tatoumi.
I wonder if it's a project sake.
It had a fruity flavor that seems to be very modern.
Muscat flavor, I guess. A little sourness.
It is said to be made from rice called Shunyo.
It might be the first time for me to drink it. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
