I drink this baby every year! This year it blew up a few seconds after I opened it (lol). I guess it has stronger bubbles because it hasn't had them before? It looks light cloudy and tastes like strong bubbles, moderate sweetness, and a hint of acidity. I like it very much. See you next year (*^^*)

After purchasing it shortly after its release, I put it to bed. As it is a draft sake, it was second fermented in the bottle. The bubbles were quite large, probably due to the fact that it was a draft sake. It was very foamy, probably due to the fact that it was a draft. As for the taste, the sweetness at the beginning of drinking was weak, and although the sake had a touch of sake yeast in the latter half, it tasted light overall. For sake lovers, I thought it would be better to design a sake with a bit more of a "sake yeast" taste. Is it designed for those who are not accustomed to drinking sake?

I had never tasted Aizan rice before, so I had it at a restaurant where I could taste it. I had an image of sweet rice, but it was not too sweet, and had a good acidity level and a moderate balance. It is not sticky. I was surprised by this bottle, so I bought it. I thought I would drink it more chilled.

Going back to the origin, but I can't compare before and after because it is unknown to me as I started drinking in recent years. Sweet and sour, but easy to drink! Undisclosed degree of rice polishing? The sensation is like a raw sake between jungin and junmai. I like it, but I felt it was a little more expensive than others.

I learned about Makino Sake Brewery through the macho label and a friend of mine got it for me because he is a local. The taste is good sweetness, shwashy and sharp. What you feel when drinking it is really well balanced. I was really surprised to find it at this price! I hope everyone will try this bottle!

It is not too sweet, not too acidic, not too strong and has a nice sharpness. I still don't know if it is well made or if the ingredients are good, but I like the true taste of using wooden vats! It's not easy to buy, but I'm rooting for this one, thinking that a certain sake brewery in Akita is no longer available (lol).
