It has a strong sweetness, but it is sharp and has little bitterness because it is picked in the middle of the bottle. It is very easy to drink. The regular version had a little bit more of a tangy taste, or was a little hard to drink. I felt it was a bit hard to drink, so I thought this was a good choice. I forgot the regular version, so this is not a definite comparison.

The sweetness is not strong, but slight, and the acidity is a little stronger than the sweetness, making it easy to drink. It has a slight sake-like taste. I like it very much. I would drink this very easily. I want to buy it again.

1-day open bottle Hiya It has a sweet and sake-like taste, but it is very easy to drink because it has a nice sharpness. Is this the power of ginjo? I will check the taste in a week or so. The image has changed from when I drank it cold. I am surprised.

It has a good amount of sweetness and a strong acidity, and is easy to drink with just the right amount of sharpness. Yes, I like this Jungin. I like this Jungin. However, the sweetness of the rice, perhaps due to the high degree of rice polishing, is so clean that the sweetness of the rice seems a bit sweet to me. But it is delicious!

Junmai Ginjo as you would expect. It is a little sweet and has a good sharpness. There is a sense of sake after drinking. A traditional junmai ginjo. Personally, I think it is a little too sweet. It makes me tired of drinking it. Would I buy it again? I like these things heated up. I will report later. PS This time I will enjoy it cold and leave it for a few days!

It is 12 days after opening the bottle. It is a re-drink due to various reasons. Almost no sweetness, almost no fizziness. Good sharpness with minerality. Thin grapefruit sensation. The image is like a carbonated soda that has lost its carbonation. I would recommend drinking it up within a few days after it is opened!

It has just the right amount of sweetness from the rice, with a nice crispiness to it. It is not too strong in the sake sense, and even those who do not like nigori can easily drink it. It also has a good sharpness, making it easy to continue drinking. It is no wonder this sake is so popular.

As it is called dry, the sweetness is very light. It is highly acidic and apple-like? It is very easy to drink because it has good sharpness and no bitterness. I found it easy to drink as it has a nice sharpness and no bitterness. A little more sweetness would have helped the flavor flow better, but it might be good for a leisurely drink.

It is sweet and sour like an apple, with a nice sharpness and a soft and faint sense of sake. I personally like the cohesiveness. When drunk warmed, the sweetness is lessened and the difference between the high and low points of the flavor is smaller. I imagine the sweetness is small at the beginning and slowly fades away.

Junmai Ginjo Pitchy and sweet, like unfiltered raw sake! Just right, I like the lactic acidity! I'd love to buy some! I felt a new trend since Abe had an image of Niigata-style robustness.

Junmai Daiginjo Tokuso Arabashiri It is not too sweet and has good balance with a slight acidity. It does not seem to be too tiring to drink. If it were blind, it would be a Junmai Ginjo.

Junmai, pure rice, white malted rice, 85% polished rice The sweetness is weak and the acidity is high. The image is that of a non-sweet Yakult-like sake. P.S. When drunk warmed at 50-60℃, the sweetness disappears, but the acidity gradually increases and the sake becomes well-balanced.

Very sweet with good sharpness. Slightly sake-like in the aftertaste. My personal evaluation is that I get tired of drinking it. P.S. When heated, I drank it at human skin to warm temperature, and it became easier to drink as the sweetness was somewhat removed. Sake feeling becomes stronger than cold sake. Personally, it is.
