It's the first time I'm squeezing it now (laughs). The sweetness stands up gently but gently, so you don't feel too sweet. Almost no acidity. The overall image is clear slightly sweet and moderately sharp. This was a new flavor. I liked this one too: ✨️ It was more forgiving than I expected, and after drinking it with some snacks, the four-pack bottle disappeared (lol). P.S. At room temperature, it thickens a bit, but the sweetness is not too strong, and you can also taste a little acidity, making it easy to drink!

I had never tasted Aizan rice before, so I had it at a restaurant where I could taste it. I had an image of sweet rice, but it was not too sweet, and had a good acidity level and a moderate balance. It is not sticky. I was surprised by this bottle, so I bought it. I thought I would drink it more chilled.

This sake is made by a liquor store original. It is handled by only three stores. The sweetness is a little strong and the sharpness is good. It has a unique flavor, which is rare for Yamada-Nishiki. Is it the yeast? It may also be delicious heated. We look forward to seeing it again!

Going back to the origin, but I can't compare before and after because it is unknown to me as I started drinking in recent years. Sweet and sour, but easy to drink! Undisclosed degree of rice polishing? The sensation is like a raw sake between jungin and junmai. I like it, but I felt it was a little more expensive than others.

I learned about Makino Sake Brewery through the macho label and a friend of mine got it for me because he is a local. The taste is good sweetness, shwashy and sharp. What you feel when drinking it is really well balanced. I was really surprised to find it at this price! I hope everyone will try this bottle!

It is not too sweet, not too acidic, not too strong and has a nice sharpness. I still don't know if it is well made or if the ingredients are good, but I like the true taste of using wooden vats! It's not easy to buy, but I'm rooting for this one, thinking that a certain sake brewery in Akita is no longer available (lol).

It is a nice sake with a nice sweetness from the rice (dewazakura) and a rising acidity, but it also has a nice sharpness. If I were to compare it to wine, it would be a really beautiful, well-balanced white wine with no cloying taste. It is quite expensive for sake, but I imagine it is about half the price of wine. I felt that a wonderful sake was born.

Purchased at an event in Tokyo in 2023. Almost no sweetness, a hint of rice, and a little bitterness. Strange taste. It has been a long time, so I am not sure if this is the profile I was aiming for.

It has a strong sweetness, but it is sharp and has little bitterness because it is picked in the middle of the bottle. It is very easy to drink. The regular version had a little bit more of a tangy taste, or was a little hard to drink. I felt it was a bit hard to drink, so I thought this was a good choice. I forgot the regular version, so this is not a definite comparison.

Junmai Ginjo as you would expect. It is a little sweet and has a good sharpness. There is a sense of sake after drinking. A traditional junmai ginjo. Personally, I think it is a little too sweet. It makes me tired of drinking it. Would I buy it again? I like these things heated up. I will report later. PS This time I will enjoy it cold and leave it for a few days!

It is 12 days after opening the bottle. It is a re-drink due to various reasons. Almost no sweetness, almost no fizziness. Good sharpness with minerality. Thin grapefruit sensation. The image is like a carbonated soda that has lost its carbonation. I would recommend drinking it up within a few days after it is opened!
