Timeline
boukenThere are no special dealers in Kansai yet, but I was really curious so I bought it at a pre-purchase price 🙄.
Shwashy, tangy gasiness and minerality. Mild apple sweetness but fruity on the finish. A little bitterness around the end. It has a little bit of a heavy feeling to it, which is rare for apple sweetness.
Maybe a little citrus too.
Please come to Kansai as soon as possible 🤗 ヤスベェGood morning, bouken 😀
I also wanted to drink Yamazan, so I looked around, but there are no stores in Kansai that carry it at all, which is sad 😨.
I would be happy if there is a liquor store in Kansai that specializes in Nagano 🤣. ポンちゃんHello bouken 🐦.
I see you drank 😆👍I guess you are a good drinker of Shinshu sake 🤔.
I'll be happy to sing your praises 🤔.
Hurry up and come to Kansai! boukenGood evening, Yasbay 😃.
The closest place to me is Nagoya, so I can't buy it very often 😢.
Some stores seem to have a limit of one bottle per person, so I guess the supply is not up to par 🤔.
I want a store specializing in Nagano sake 😍. boukenGood evening, Ponchan 😃
I thought you hit the perfect spot with a full-bodied, drinkable type, but also modern 🤔.
I wish Yamamoto and Takimoto would carry it 🥺. bonchiTransparent with a slight yellowish tinge. Fruity aroma reminiscent of pears. The intensity of the aroma is medium. Smooth mouthfeel. Moderate sweetness with sharp acidity. A lingering flavor. The aftertaste is astringent, but it is sharp and lingers for a short time. Aromatic and mellow sake. bonchiOn the 10th day after opening the bottle, when heated, the apple-like aroma became more pronounced and the wine became more fruity. The slightly acidic and astringent flavors also become more assertive. bonchiTransparent with a slight yellowish tinge. The aroma is sweet, reminiscent of golden sugar, with a hint of acetic acid. The strength of the aroma is medium. The mouthfeel has an acetic acidity. The mouthfeel is relatively light with a sense of maturity. It has a medium aftertaste. A mellow sake. bonchiThe following is a quote from the label comment.
... Specs not shown because it is a moderate blend of several junmai sake that have been aged moderately. ... bonchiOn the second day after opening the bottle, when it was heated, the sweet aroma remained, but the astringent taste became stronger and not so good. boukenMyokayama is my first time. I bought it with Yume brew.
The impression is that the acidity is strong at first. The rice is sweet and fresh. It has a little bit of cemedine. I would like to drink it with nabe (hot pot) or strong dishes.
I did some research on this brewery and found out that it is owned by Oizumi, a pachislot-related company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. It seems that Oizumi has a chain of izakaya (Japanese style pubs) and they serve sake there.
It seems to have lost its cemedine taste and become sweeter than when I first opened it. boukenI was curious about the Sono Kangiku RED that Joe was drinking, so I went to a nearby liquor store, but they only had Ocean, so I passed on the Kangiku (why not 🤣) and bought Myokozan and this.
This store carries a variety of sake, but they charge extra on the regular price except for the minor ones. So the chrysanthemum is also expensive. I think it's acceptable and I'm willing to pay for the transportation cost 🤔. I think 🤔.
I'm not sure if it's possible considering the cost of transportation 🤔.
The aroma smells like alcohol. Strong koji-like flavor. Graininess too. It has a vigorous sparkling-like taste. It is not sweet, but there is no bitterness or pungency either. It is dry, sharp, and nice.
I like the words on the label, "Brew a dream by brewing sake. Rafa papaGood morning bouken 😃
I'm not sure if there's such a thing 😳⁉️ on top of the price ⁉️ I'm worried about the sake I want to drink 😆 Yumesozo is a stylish name for sake 👍I can feel your passion for sake brewing 😊. 遥瑛チチGood morning, bouken 😃.
I'm surprised at the added charges as well: ❗️
I'm surprised that even regular liquor stores, if not evil supermarkets, have such stores 😵.
I'm also surprised that you think it's acceptable 🤣. マナチーHi bouken...I go to a liquor store in the countryside and I've seen pre-brewed liquor sold at pre-priced prices, but I don't think I've ever seen it for a little more than that 😂.
Brewing a dream...cool 😳 a line I'd like to use: 🤣❗️ boukenGood evening Rafa😊.
I think it's sold at the regular price or above except for very minor or standard sake 😅I've always wanted to drink it because of the name☺. boukenGood evening, Mr. Chichi😃.
It seems that there is a mixture of brands that deal directly with the brewery and those that are obtained and sold off-shore 💦I have no choice but to buy Kangiku because the stores that carry it are far away, but I basically think that pre-priced sake should be destroyed 🤗. boukenGood evening Mr. Manachy😃
Famous brands were priced quite badly 😅Niimasa and Akatakeda sake are terrible 🤣brewing dreams is a nice word 🥺. bonchiAlmost colorless and transparent. The complex aroma is a combination of a savory aroma reminiscent of rice straw, a full aroma reminiscent of lactic acid beverages, and a mature aroma reminiscent of kombu (kelp). The strength of the aroma is medium. The mouthfeel is sharp and alcohol-derived. The alcohol content is 16%, but the mouthfeel is highly alcoholic. Strong astringency. Long aftertaste. Mellow sake. bonchiUnfortunately, it is not a "sururi" impression. bonchiI was mistaken. The brewer never said anything about taste. The following is from the catch copy.
"As if you were taking out a bottle of sake that has been carefully matured in the brewery, please unwrap the wrapping paper and enjoy the arrival of autumn." boukenIt's hard to find sake because they only have one of each in the fridge 😅I found some sake that you don't see in Kansai, such as Fukusuku and Aradama, but they are out of date, so I chose this one. I was torn between the various kinds of Kangiku, but I didn't choose it this time because Kangiku isn't priced at a fixed price.
I guess it's okay to pay a little more for the sake considering the transportation cost, but it's still possible to buy it nearby. As for Sangiku and Eiko-Fuji. Shinmasa and Tasake are overpriced, so I usually go to a distributor.
Dewazuru's draft sake is a first for me.
It has a freshness with a hint of greenness and a slight effervescence. Very well-balanced and easy to drink. Sweet but not too sweet and not too spicy, giving a flat impression. bonchiThe wine is a pale white color with slight effervescence. The aroma is relatively rich, with a combination of a grain-like aroma and a fruity aroma reminiscent of pears. The intensity of the aroma is medium. It has a fizzy, fruity and refreshing mouthfeel, as if one has eaten a pear. The mouthfeel is sweet and sour. The pleasant acidity is followed by a firm astringency and bitterness. The lingering medium aftertaste is followed by a lingering umami. It is a fragrant and mellow sake. boukenHaenuki 100% is used.
The aroma is mild, even for Eiko-Fuji, but the aroma through the nose is very gorgeous. The taste is sweet but flat. boukenIt tastes a little bit like aged, but it has all the sweetness, flavor, bitterness, and spiciness you would expect. It tastes like tea. It tastes like apple tea. It is a slightly different type of flavor.
It tastes juicy, sweet and spicy. Some people may find it spicy, but it's a subtle taste. ポンちゃんHello bouken ☀️!
Yes, apple tea is sweet and bitter 😳️It's amazing that you notice it!
Leaflet of alcohol? I️think it's a very rare thing to have a leaflet of alcohol and also the fact that it's called Takeda Soun 😲. boukenHello, Ponchan.
I'm wondering if it tastes like apple tea with a touch of ripeness? I was surprised to see Takeda Soun when I was about to go through it 😯. boukenIt's been a long time since I drank Kangiku.

Fruity, gassy, rich, sweet, juicy, and super delicious sake. It's not easy to buy though...
Sono Kangiku has a similar taste to Eikoufuji, but in Kansai, both Eikoufuji and Kangiku are sold in stores that are far away from each other.... I wish there were more stores where I could buy it. MantaGood evening, bouken ^ ^
I've only had Monochrome, but I have the impression that it was very tasty👍.
I'd like to try the red labeled Aaiyamakko ♬.
I'd love to try it too 😊. boukenGood evening, Manta-san.
It is released one after another and sells out quickly, so you don't have a chance to drink it often. Rafa papaGood evening, bouken 😃.
I want to drink Eiko Fuji but I haven't had it yet 😭
Where can I get it⁉️? boukenRafa papa, good evening 😀
I think the only ones that seem to always have it are Sukumasa near Kongo station and Kikuya in Yawata City 🤔Tozuru liquor store in Nishinomiya also has it for an irregular delivery. Also, Daimaru, Takashimaya, and Isetan might have it if you are lucky. Rafa papaThank you bouken for your valuable information 😊😭
I'll try to get it somehow😅 あねさんGood morning. Oh no, you can't go wrong with your choice!
I couldn't afford it, but ...
bouken, you are a fine aiyaman (I don't know if you are happy to be called this or not 😆). boukenHi Ane-san!
I managed to buy it! Cold chrysanthemum is awesome 😆 I'm the second best so I can't call myself Aiyaman 🤣. ましゃHello bouken!
I got a bottle of Kangiku Aizan RedDiamond last year and drank it!
It's delicious 😋.
I hope they will improve the quality of their sake in the future 🤗. boukenHello Masha 😃
I wonder what will happen if the sake quality improves further when it's still so good 🙀.
I'm looking forward to it but I'm terrified 🤣. boukenMiyamanishiki 49% polished rice.
Fruity aroma like apples. When you drink it, it is mild and refreshingly sweet and spicy. Unlike the impression on the label, it has a modern taste. boukenThe acidity is also apple-like. つぶちゃんGood evening, bouken 🌙
Looks 🍎 delicious😊💕 boukenGood morning, Tsubu-chan 🌄.
It tasted more fruity than I expected 🍎 not too sweet and the kind you don't get tired of drinking 😋. bonchiBrilliant, colorless and transparent. Fruity aroma with hints of pineapple. The aroma is strong. The mouthfeel is juicy with a pronounced acidity. A pleasant aftertaste with moderate astringency and a refreshing acidity across the throat. It has a moderate aftertaste. It is a fragrant and mellow sake. bonchiTransparent with a faint yellowish tinge. It has an aroma reminiscent of a lactobacillus drink and a faint smell of alcohol. The aroma is weak. The mouthfeel has an acetic acidity and a sharp bitterness. The mouthfeel is somewhat flat. It has a short aftertaste with a mild astringency. It is a refreshing sake. bonchiBrilliant, colorless and transparent. Aroma reminiscent of a lactic acid beverage. The strength of the aroma is moderate. Mild and gentle on the palate. Slightly fizzy acidity. Gentle sweetness. Flat mouthfeel. Moderate aftertaste. A refreshing sake. bonchiOn the third day after opening the bottle, a slightly fruity note appeared in the aroma, and the flavor became fuller than the flatness of the first day.
I thought this was another good example of what is called "the taste gets better as the day goes on. bonchiBrilliant, colorless and transparent. Fruity aroma with hints of banana. The aroma is intense. The mouthfeel is juicy and fresh. It has a refreshing sourness, and then a grapefruit-like astringency and bitterness spread out in a mellow mouthfeel. It has a slightly long aftertaste with a bitterness that lingers. It is a full-flavored sake. bonchiClear and colorless with a hint of bubbles. Fruity aroma reminiscent of bananas. The intensity of the aroma is moderate. The mouthfeel is sweet, sour and juicy. It has a gentle acidity and astringency. It is relatively crisp and has a medium length finish.
