There are no special dealers in Kansai yet, but I was really curious so I bought it at a pre-purchase price 🙄. Shwashy, tangy gasiness and minerality. Mild apple sweetness but fruity on the finish. A little bitterness around the end. It has a little bit of a heavy feeling to it, which is rare for apple sweetness. Maybe a little citrus too. Please come to Kansai as soon as possible 🤗

Myokayama is my first time. I bought it with Yume brew. The impression is that the acidity is strong at first. The rice is sweet and fresh. It has a little bit of cemedine. I would like to drink it with nabe (hot pot) or strong dishes. I did some research on this brewery and found out that it is owned by Oizumi, a pachislot-related company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. It seems that Oizumi has a chain of izakaya (Japanese style pubs) and they serve sake there. It seems to have lost its cemedine taste and become sweeter than when I first opened it.

I was curious about the Sono Kangiku RED that Joe was drinking, so I went to a nearby liquor store, but they only had Ocean, so I passed on the Kangiku (why not 🤣) and bought Myokozan and this. This store carries a variety of sake, but they charge extra on the regular price except for the minor ones. So the chrysanthemum is also expensive. I think it's acceptable and I'm willing to pay for the transportation cost 🤔. I think 🤔. I'm not sure if it's possible considering the cost of transportation 🤔. The aroma smells like alcohol. Strong koji-like flavor. Graininess too. It has a vigorous sparkling-like taste. It is not sweet, but there is no bitterness or pungency either. It is dry, sharp, and nice. I like the words on the label, "Brew a dream by brewing sake.

It's hard to find sake because they only have one of each in the fridge 😅I found some sake that you don't see in Kansai, such as Fukusuku and Aradama, but they are out of date, so I chose this one. I was torn between the various kinds of Kangiku, but I didn't choose it this time because Kangiku isn't priced at a fixed price. I guess it's okay to pay a little more for the sake considering the transportation cost, but it's still possible to buy it nearby. As for Sangiku and Eiko-Fuji. Shinmasa and Tasake are overpriced, so I usually go to a distributor. Dewazuru's draft sake is a first for me. It has a freshness with a hint of greenness and a slight effervescence. Very well-balanced and easy to drink. Sweet but not too sweet and not too spicy, giving a flat impression.

It's been a long time since I drank Kangiku. Kangiku Muroka Aiyama🎵 Muroka Jundi Aiyama🎵 Fruity, gassy, rich, sweet, juicy, and super delicious sake. It's not easy to buy though... Sono Kangiku has a similar taste to Eikoufuji, but in Kansai, both Eikoufuji and Kangiku are sold in stores that are far away from each other.... I wish there were more stores where I could buy it.

Rafa papa, good evening 😀 I think the only ones that seem to always have it are Sukumasa near Kongo station and Kikuya in Yawata City 🤔Tozuru liquor store in Nishinomiya also has it for an irregular delivery. Also, Daimaru, Takashimaya, and Isetan might have it if you are lucky.
