Manazuru no Kaname -SOW-. The reading notation of Sake-no-wa is "Kanau", but since -SOW- is written, I guess "so" is correct.
◉Kanagame -SOW- Junmai Daiginjyo
The color is quite yellow. Slowly spreading a citrusy acidity, slightly sweet but not as sweet as the sake degree. The overall impression is thin.
It is labeled in English, so it must be an overseas-conscious sake.
At any rate, we went around the antenna shop and moved on.
My sister's Fukui souvenir 🍶.
(The souvenir is sake.)
It's quite yellowish💛.
From the gentle ripe taste... sour and sweet...
Not very liquor-like!
Thanks for the treat: ☺️
Manazuru Sake Brewery, Ono-cho, Fukui Prefecture.
All the sake is handmade in a small brewery.
As the name suggests, this is a refreshing sake to drink when it rains and the atmosphere is gloomy.
Fruity aroma spreads from the moment it is opened.
The sweetness and acidity are intertwined and very light to drink.
It has a lingering aftertaste like after drinking apple juice or grape juice.
Clear with a yellowish tinge. The aroma is reminiscent of maple syrup, with a hint of citrus. The strength of the aroma is weak. The mouthfeel is sweet and sour, reminiscent of raisins. The texture is a little rough. The aroma on the nose is also raisin-like, but the acidity is mild and the mouthfeel is mildly sweet. It has a medium length finish. Full-bodied sake.
