Almost colorless and transparent. The complex aroma is a combination of a savory aroma reminiscent of rice straw, a full aroma reminiscent of lactic acid beverages, and a mature aroma reminiscent of kombu (kelp). The strength of the aroma is medium. The mouthfeel is sharp and alcohol-derived. The alcohol content is 16%, but the mouthfeel is highly alcoholic. Strong astringency. Long aftertaste. Mellow sake.

"As if you were taking out a bottle of sake that has been carefully matured in the brewery, please unwrap the wrapping paper and enjoy the arrival of autumn."
