Today's sake is Isshaku Suisei Sake Mirai✨.
The gold lettering shows the brewery's enthusiasm...
The aroma is a little subdued, the mouthfeel is mellow, and the taste is clean and refreshing.
ICHIHAKUSUISUINEI has an image of a mature sake with a slight bitterness, but it is fresh and tasty.
A refreshing and crisp drink. A drink where you can slowly enjoy the umami.
It has a different aspect when served with food. Delicious.
I forgot to take a picture 😢.
The 13th bottle of summer sake series!
We caught Senkou x UA Kuwagata 😋.
Kabutomushi-based assemblage.
The bitterness is so effective, it's like "honey lemon soaked in its own skin", which is a very apt description.
The acidity is interestingly balanced with the bitterness.
The 12th bottle in the summer sake series is Akabu SEA✨.
Light, clean acidity and sweetness.
A little different from the Jade, with a stronger sweetness.
I think it's one of my favorite Akabu I've had so far 😋.
The visual is great too 😍.
The 11th bottle in our summer sake series is Kankoubai Summer Penguin✨.
Tangy and fizzy, followed by sourness and sweetness for a refreshing drink 😋.
Maybe a little longer lasting than other summer sake?
And the label is adorable😍.
A luxurious bottle brewed with 35% polished Gohyakumangoku rice and four-stage glutinous rice brewing.
It has the gorgeous, mellow sweetness and aroma typical of Loman.
Yet, the aftertaste is not persistent and disappears beautifully.
There is no other word that comes to mind but "delicious.
The tenth bottle in our summer sake series is the Odayaka Summer Junmai Ginjo✨.
This is a fresh, bubbly, melon-like ginjo aroma with a nice sharpness.
And the crown is adorable 😍.
Is the taste being pulled in by the sight? 🤔
