The ninth bottle in the summer sake series is Mutsu Hachisen Summer Ginjo✨.
The refreshing, fruity aroma and soft sweetness, the freshness is just like the image of the blue bottle.... Delicious 💕
The 8th bottle in the summer sake series is Mimuro Sugi Summer Jun✨.
Gentle sweetness and sourness with a hint of bitterness....
It's refreshing and easy to drink 😍.
Mimuro Sugi is my favorite brand and I drink it often, but I have a very different impression 🤔.
The 7th bottle of the Summer Sake Series is Collage Natsu-Gin Light Nigori✨.
The first taste is sour and the second is distinctly bitter.
It's a refreshing yet crisp Collage with a great flavor and sharpness.
The sixth bottle in our summer sake series is Koganezawa HITOMEBORE✨.
Brewed with edible rice, Hitomebore, it has a gentle taste and a refreshing bitterness....
And the label is cute💕.
The fifth bottle in our summer sake series is Kaze no Mori: Summer Night Sky✨.
This year, the brewing process has been changed to Bodai yeast yeast, and with its clean yet complex acidity and aroma, and 11% low al carbonation, you can drink it in spurts 😍.
It won't be long before we can enjoy a glass of chilled sake as our first drink on a hot summer day........
The fourth bottle in the Summer Sake Series is Red Bu Jade ✨.
A relatively low-alcohol, refreshing, and easy-to-drink sake at 13 degrees Celsius.
As it comes back to room temperature, the aroma comes out a bit, so it was enjoyable both cold and chilled 😋.
The third bottle in our summer sake series is Kido Natsu no Shippu✨.
It has a dry taste, acidity, bitterness, umami, and a refreshing sharpness....
It's a summer sake, but it's a little strong on alcohol. It may not be good to keep drinking.
The second bottle in the summer sake series is Banshu Ikken Summer Dry ✨.
The finish is dry with a touch of bitterness, while the mouthfeel has a surprisingly mellow aroma and sweetness that makes it easy to drink 😋.
The first bottle of summer sake series!
I was looking forward to this Sengoku Kabutomushi✨.
A bit more grapefruit than lemon?
Much lighter than I imagined....
