The second bottle of Kawanakajima Genmai! Yamada Nishiki Special Junmai Unlike Omachi, this sake is not tiring to drink, or rather, you can drink it all the time! If I wanted to drink a little, I would choose Omachi, but if I wanted to drink it with gusto, I would choose Yamadanishiki! Both were delicious! I've become a Genmai fan! ★★★★☆

My first Kawanakajima Genmai! I had been curious about this brand for a long time, but never had a chance to try it, and then I happened to stop by a liquor store where I found it for sale! Sake rice is Omachi. It has a gorgeous Omachi-like flavor, and it is very crisp and clean. The rice is Omachi-like and gorgeous, with a crisp finish. It's a bit on the dry side, but has a sweetness to it that makes it very tasty! I want to drink this sake again! ★★★★

It's so gassy that if you open it, the lid will blow off. w It is so easy to drink, partly because of the gaseous feeling and partly because of the low alcohol content! This drinkability feels like a wind forest. It is a very refreshing sake with a freshness! There is a slight bitterness in the aftertaste, which is also a nice touch. Sake rice: Akitsuho produced in Nara Prefecture Bodaiyuan brewing ★★★★☆☆☆

Shinshu Kamerei Mari label that I won in the Sakenomy drawing! I was already looking forward to drinking it! This sake is made from a sake rice called Yamae Nishiki. The aroma when I opened the bottle was already delicious. It is often said that it has a pear-like nuance, but I am not quite sure what this nuance is.... . w I thought I would keep in mind that this is a pear-type sake. It's sweet and fruity! Right after taking it out of the fridge, I got the impression that it was refreshing, After a while, I felt the flavor was more noticeable. I would like to drink this again! ★★★★

My first Hakurakusei! I've often said it's the ultimate food wine, and of course I had high expectations, but it was even better than I expected! Fruity and sharp! The bitterness and other flavors really go well with the food. Personally, however, I felt that even if I drank it as it is, I would not be bored at all with this Japanese sake! ★★★★☆

Sake made with Hanafukuyuki I had an impression that Yamahai was very peculiar. But when I tried it for the first time, I found it to be heavy but sharp, soft, and very tasty! I saw an article that says it can be heated, and I'd like to try it heated someday. I'd like to drink it heated someday.

Pleasantly effervescent. Fresh rather than fruity Very well-balanced sake. I haven't had Yamada-Nishiki in a while because I've been drinking a lot of Omachi lately, but Yamada-Nishiki is simply delicious. Also, Jikin is still delicious! ★★★★☆
