I wanted to drink an autumn-like sake, and since autumn is also the season for the arts, I got a bottle of Nekogeisha by Sasaichi Shuzo. Today I was in the mood for heated sake, so I warmed it up 😙🍶💕. It is a slightly dark amber color. The ginjo aroma upon opening the bottle was nostalgic but not too strong, but it would be delicious if it were heated up. However, when heated up, the aroma became more pronounced. It is a little bit strong on the nose and in the eyes. The mouthfeel is soft and not harsh, so it is easy to drink. The acidity is especially noticeable. Today, I went shopping and found a half-priced assortment of hanpen (dried fish cakes) that looked delicious, so I served it with the hanpen. It's a good dry sake that goes well with the ministry. Happiness....

This is delicious 😙🍶💕. I opened the can with a crack. When I put my nose close to it, I could smell the gorgeous and fruity ginjo aroma, and I already had a handsome feeling that it was a delicious sake. I had it cold and it has a clear color with a refreshing mouthfeel. It has a good acidity and a nice umami taste that comes on slowly 👍. This is the kind of sake I can drink with gusto! Thank you!

Purchased at KALDI. The bottle is cute. The taste is very acidic and refreshing. It's the type of bottle that you just pop open, and the lid can't be rearranged, so if you want to enjoy the flavor of the top and bottom, you may need a separate container. I was unaware of this, but I had the supernatant and was just about to mix it up when I noticed it 😦. It is very acidic, but easy to drink. I think I can taste just a little bit of yogurt-like acidity. It was designed to be summery, so in August.... Thanks for the treat😙🍶💕

I thought it must be because it is a one summer love, but it is sweet and sour...♡! The mouthfeel is smooth and sweet, but not too fruity sweet. Limited quantity 🍶 Slightly different ginjo aroma. I thought it was fruity when served cold. But as it warms up, the aroma becomes more pronounced, like a harsh fruit wine. The first sip was the supernatant, which was very clear and smooth and rounded on the palate. It tasted like a white liquor used to soak fruit wine. The taste was so different that I wondered if I had bought the wrong sake. I thought I was buying sake, but I checked to see if I was mistaken. The liquor taste makes your throat hot, but the aftertaste disappears rather quickly after passing through. It's a little strange, but not bad. Next, my impression after mixing the supernatant and the precipitate. The sediment, it was quite layered, so I thought it might be a sludge type? I thought so, but it was smooth and silky on the palate even though it was supposed to be nigori. I thought it might be amazake type, but it is not at all. I also thought it might be a sweet sake type, but it is not at all. Is it a dry, refreshing nigori? It tastes quite different from my usual taste, but it's not bad. Thank you for the treat 😙🍶💕💕.

As soon as I opened the package, I could smell the ginjo aroma. However, I was surprised at the aroma of the sake. 🤔❓What is it, a very strong banana aroma? Like the aroma of banana flavor, or the aroma of the banana string? I've never had such a strong banana aroma before, so it's fresh. The mouthfeel is smooth, not sharp, and quite refreshing. A cup of sake from the first episode of Sake and Love Must Be Drunk. I was deeply moved because this manga and several sake-related YouTube channels were the starting point for me to step into sake.... I bought it a while ago and have been putting it to bed, wondering when I would drink it. A great cup of sake is like a summer vacation in a way, isn't it? 🤔💡 and I opened the bottle today😙🍶💕. Amber-colored, nostalgic standard sake 🍶. The official description says, "Aizu rice is used to brew this "Jun Aizu" sake, which is brewed by the Aizu Toji brewery. The sake is packaged in a handy 180ml cup with the image of Dr. Hideyo Noguchi, a great man from Aizu who is related to Suehiro. The official description says that the sake is best served warmed. According to the official recommendation, the best way to drink it is to warm it up, so I decided to warm up half of it. It's mellow without being sharp, and I can taste the umami, plus a little astringency. I wouldn't recommend it to fruity drinkers, but if you like your sake warmed up, I highly recommend it. I highly recommend it to those who love to drink it warmed up. It would be even more delicious as a food sake. While drinking this astringent sake, I stared at Dr. Noguchi stuck on the cup...hmmm, so astringent...(laugh) 😄.

I'm tempted to fill up my fridge before the Obon holidays, but I opened it too soon because I thought it would be a shame if I cherished it too much and the season passed 😂. The back of the package says "a crisp ginjo-shu with a gorgeous ginjo aroma like delicate apples and a pleasant acidity that is in harmony". It was served cold, but it has a nice acidity, and the umami flavor is gradually coming through. It is a handsome, fruity and delicious sake that is not too sweet. The image of cup sake is that there are many old-fashioned dry sake, so it is quite nice to have a fruity sake. It's easy to drink and you can go through it all at once, so it might be a dangerous drink if you're in a good mood 😊🍶.

At a sake brewery's event on July 30 and 31, there was a paid tasting, and they recommended heating up the sake, so I thought, "Wow! Hot sake in the summer heat! I was so curious that I took a cup of the sake and had a tasting. Well, it was delicious. In retrospect, I wish I had taken a picture of it when I was there. Was I drunk? I was careless. I think the alcohol taste is stronger when it's heated up, but it doesn't come on too strong. It's delicious on its own, or as a mealtime sake. I saw it heated at a winter event but didn't try it, so I thought I'd have to wait until the next winter to try it, but it's also good heated in the summer. I bought it because I did not remember seeing many Tateyama in this color. The sake had a moderate, just-right ginjo aroma with a hint of color. I had an image of Tateyama in my mind even though I had never had it before (people call it prejudice), but it was easier to drink than I expected and I found myself drinking more sake than I expected. I drank it cold, and it was very smooth and not sharp, but just as I was about to swallow it, the acidity came in a flash, inviting the umami flavor, and then it slowly faded away. It is a dangerous sake for me personally because I can drink more and more before I get drunk. It is delicious on its own, but it seems to be able to be paired with anything, so it would be good as a food sake. It was delicious ☺️🍶.

I don't like this one ☺️🍶. It is clear and has a sake-like ginjo aroma. However, it doesn't seem so harsh and it is refreshing in the mouth (I drink it cold). There is not much of a twang, and the acidity and other flavors linger slowly in the aftertaste. It has an aftertaste that disappears before you know it, making it easy to drink. It seems to contain sugar and acidifiers, but I don't think it has a strange sweet or sour taste. Drink it, look at the label, and oh! There is something in it! I was so impressed with the taste that I noticed it (I wonder if I'm too dull 😅). It was delicious.
