What a fruity ginjo aroma!
I thought it smelled sweet, but the sweetness really stands out!
I'd recommend this to anyone who doesn't know sake or has a fixed image of it!
It is sweet, and has a chiliiness to it (which quickly disappeared...) and a slowly spreading umami taste and aftertaste.
This is a delicious and overdrinking sake 😙🍶💕.
I don't care if it gives me a hangover, it makes me want to drink more... yum!
