Ahhhh, this is the classic one. The design on the cup was cherry blossoms 🌸, so I let it sit until the blooming of the cherry blossoms was declared. (By the way, the other side had a picture of autumn leaves, so it could have been autumn 🍁) Now it's time to open the package and pakan😚⭐︎ Full and classical ginjo aroma. The color has a slight yellow tinge. It goes down smoothly on the palate, but you can taste the sweetness. I had it cold at first, but it tastes better warmed up 🤔. I thought it would be better heated up. So I heated it up! Mmmm, this is a very strong flavorful 😚🍶💕. I'd like to pair it with cheese or something like that. It was delicious 😋😋!

Today is Setsubun, so I'd like to share some Setsubun sake that goes well with Setsubun: 😆♪ The bottle has a proportionally fruity ginjo aroma when opened. It looks clear and clean on the palate. It spreads out and lands softly, and I have a feeling it won't kill demons, but maybe it's the Yamata-no-orochi way? It was a delicious saké that just slurps and slides right off the palate!

But I was wondering if it was really drinkable, so I checked the official website and found that it was indeed drinkable: ❗️ That's...something...amazing! I thought it was for bath or lotion or something like that. But it's a good size (300ml), so maybe I could be a little aggressive and put it in my bath 🛁 I don't know. I don't know...maybe it's too good to waste. And now, open the bottle! It looks quite clear, and the aroma is a bit classical. The mouthfeel is clean and transparent. Although it has a classical atmosphere, it is easy to drink without any twang. Is it rather acidic? But it is not too harsh, so it is suitable for everyone. It's called a classic, but don't think of it as a hard, harsh, spicy guy that's hard to drink: 😚🍶💕 This is a delicious classic 😋. It has a clear appearance and a refreshing ginjo aroma. I wanted to drink it hot, so I immediately warmed it up. The official recommended drinking temperature is ◎ for lukewarm to hot, and ◯ for 5 degrees to room temperature. I was in the mood for hot sake, so it's good, good, good. 😆♪ It has a nice clarity and tastes good, though it does have a bit of a zing to it when heated. It also has acidity, and the umami slowly creeps up on the palate in a handsome way. This is a kiken sake that can be drunk in a flash.... This is a dangerous sake that can be drunk in no time at all... It may be suitable for those who like watery sake. It is crisp and refreshing, but also has a delicious flavor that makes it easy to enjoy. Well, tomorrow is Sunday, so I'm going to drink some more.... It was such a delicious sake. 😋🍶💕

I never thought that Takibi, which is rumored to have great heated sake, would have a cup of sake... I'm so happy 💕💕. It looks vaguely amber in color. The aroma is mild and nice. I first had it cold and it was smooth and easy to drink 😚🍶💕. After drinking it down, the sourness comes quickly, and there is a slight melon-like aroma. It has no peculiarities so it is easy to drink and can be paired with anything. It is delicious ☺️💕 And heated! 😆🍶💕 The warmed sake naturally has a strong aroma. The acidity comes to the fore, but it's still easy to drink. The name "Takibi" is a perfect fit for this sake, which warms you from the core and is a nice, warming sake.

It's not my type of sake, but if you like this kind of thing, you'll probably be into it. It was recommended to drink it cold or on the rocks, but I heated it up and had a sip.
