I wanted to drink an autumn-like sake, and since autumn is also the season for the arts, I got a bottle of Nekogeisha by Sasaichi Shuzo.
Today I was in the mood for heated sake, so I warmed it up 😙🍶💕.
It is a slightly dark amber color.
The ginjo aroma upon opening the bottle was nostalgic but not too strong, but it would be delicious if it were heated up.
However, when heated up, the aroma became more pronounced.
It is a little bit strong on the nose and in the eyes.
The mouthfeel is soft and not harsh, so it is easy to drink.
The acidity is especially noticeable.
Today, I went shopping and found a half-priced assortment of hanpen (dried fish cakes) that looked delicious, so I served it with the hanpen.
It's a good dry sake that goes well with the ministry.
