In a direction I don't usually go, there is a liquor store I don't usually go to, and a sake I've never seen before... 😌🍶.
I don't remember if it was Gifu or Nagoya, but I heard that Kim Taku was coming to the Tokai region to play the role of Nobunaga.... I bought a packet at random and have this sake on hand....
By the way, this sake has nothing to do with Kim Tak.

It has a slight yellowish color with a clear appearance.
From the label, I thought it would look harsh, strong, and hard to drink, but it's not at all!
The aroma is so fruity! I would love to smell it all the time (lol).
I had it cold first.
It has a smooth mouthfeel, and while it has acidity, the umami flavor comes through slowly and lingers.
I bought a 300ml bottle to try it out, but I could drink it in a 4-gou bottle as well. I think it would also be delicious heated up.
So I heated it up 😙🍶💕.
I think it tastes better warmed up.
Personally, I think it tastes better lukewarm.
I bought it on a hunch, but it was delicious ♡.
