I had a twang the first day. I played it abandoned. And then today, it popped... Oh, it's a good Junmai! The sweetness and sourness are strong! This is the perfect sake for a meal. Sashimi, wagyu beef tataki, ohhh! It goes with everything! It also goes well with amberjack. If you drink it with just sake, it's like rice ❗ but It's great when paired with good snacks. This is my first brand. I bought it on the recommendation of a liquor store. Tsk, tsk... Oh, it's so hot. Yeah, 17 degrees 😲Oh, I see. It's gassy and spicy, like wine. When it's filled with air, it smells like green apples. It will fill your mouth. As you would expect, it's high in alcohol content. The aftertaste is solid without cutting into it, but It's tart, which I love, and quite good😍 The higher the temperature, the more flaky and sweet it is. I'll show you my face, but it's fun too. I've been keeping it warm in the fridge. Yappari Japanese funny. This is Hououmita-sama's new unpasteurized sake. Tsk, tsk... Oh, I'm so happy😍 It's a little bit more Al-esque, but The scent of grapes spreads 🎉 The sourness is going to go away and This is my favorite guy. I'll let it sit for a minute to raise the temperature. The scent is popping 😁. Today is Udon noodle-skiing (only in Osaka?). It's an endless course of pots, drinks and pots.
