I drink Spring Kaorufu every year without fail, but I haven't had Kido Hiyayoroshi for a long time. but I haven't had Kido Hiyayogoshi for a long time 🍂. I skipped the summer hiyatoshi💦. The aroma is slightly cemedine. More umami than expected. Rich taste too. Nice and soft on the palate. Autumn Sake is also modern like Kido. It has a calmness and is not flashy. It is not too flashy, so it will go well with a meal. It seems to go well with a meal, too.
