The bubbles are so dense that they grow indefinitely. You can tell by watching the staff pouring the wine. He waited for the bubbles to finish before pouring again. In the mouth, the flavor bubbles are multiplying. It reminds me of a crab spitting out bubbles. It's also sweet and sour. I think it's better to let it sit in your mouth for a while before drinking it. If I could, I'd like to get a bottle of my own and enjoy the flavor again.
