This is quite easy to drink! It has a subtle fizzy taste, and the mouthfeel is sweet, but the acidity and slight bitterness quickly wash it down. It is easy to drink. I hear that it is for Shinsei lovers, It is even more refreshing than Shinmasa. I am convinced that those who have an impression that sake is not their favorite may start from here. For my personal taste, I would like it to be a little richer, but I wonder if my impression will change if I drink Junmai Daiginjo,

The last time I drank it, it tasted good, but maybe it had been open for a while, hmmm...? Is the taste a little strong? After enjoying the fluffy acidity and aroma, it is tightened up nicely. It tasted more elegant and mellow when it was opened... I would like to try again after some time ( ห˜ฯ‰ห˜ )

I love the taste of this one too! Fruity yet full-bodied. Well-balanced and delicious. Delicious, but lacks a bit of impact, don't you think? Since I mysteriously started with a limited edition sake, I would like to try Akaban Seven next time ๐Ÿคญ.

This is ......... my favorite flavor ๏ผ๏ผ๏ผ๏ผ The flavor of the rice and the aroma that spreads. It's mellow and just delicious. The taste is also very refreshing, so you can drink it easily. This ranks as one of my favorites ๐Ÿ˜‚.

Mutsu Hachisen is delicious no matter which one you drink. The hiya-otoshi of autumn is of course a must. It has a mellow mouthfeel, with sweetness and umami spreading out, and a clean and crisp aftertaste with well-balanced acidity. Mutsu Hachisen's pink label is my favorite, but Hiyaoroshi was good too! Autumn is a great time for sake ๐Ÿ.

Hmmm, interesting! Almost no aroma, only a faint ginjo flavor. The mouthfeel is delicious with a mysterious taste that changes from rich umami to dry all at once. The alcohol content is high at 18 degrees, so it is best to drink it with care.

There is nothing good, nothing bad, nothing to write home about it. It has a watery mouthfeel with little aroma, no pungency, and no sweetness. However, it is horribly easy to drink all the time. Maybe it's good for a daily!

The initial mouthfeel is clean and almost watery. But later on, there is also the umami and aroma of rice, giving it a junmai feel. I don't feel any spiciness, but rather a refreshing, slightly sweet, umami, and slightly bitter taste that I like. I would pair it with yellowtail or other oily fish at first!
