The initial mouthfeel is clean and almost watery.
But later on, there is also the umami and aroma of rice, giving it a junmai feel.
I don't feel any spiciness, but rather a refreshing, slightly sweet, umami, and slightly bitter taste that I like.
I would pair it with yellowtail or other oily fish at first!
