This is a CEL yeast sake from the same Kochi sake brewery as Kameizumi and Kaygetsu! It has a unique pineapple taste, but it is not too refreshing compared to other CEL-type sakes I have had. It has a soft sweetness, but the aftertaste is clean with a little acidity... I enjoyed it with cheese as if it were wine!

Yum! Yum! It's sugar-free, so there's really no sweetness and it's really refreshing! But there is no aftertaste, no bitterness, no aftertaste at all, just a really sharp spiciness.... I think this might be my favorite "spicy" wine I've ever had! Perfect with strong flavored snacks! Maybe it would go well with a gin and tonic or something similar!

As usual, Hourai has a great name. It is clear and has a little lactobacillus in it... But it's not too sour, more like soy milk than lactobacilli...? I don't like too much yogurt, but this one was delicious!

Not so much that the cork pops, but it's so soft and smooth! It's so easy to drink that two people can finish a four-pack in an instant... It's not fruity or sweet, but it's very juicy... I don't drink any carbonated soft drinks, but I wonder if this is what soda is... I think this would definitely taste good even if you don't drink alcohol, as long as you don't have a constitution that is NG! I would buy it again!

Sake produced by Aki-chan Takada! It is the same Hakodate Brewery as GLAY's sake. It has turned yellow, probably because it was kept at room temperature in the supermarket for a long time, but it has no peculiarities and is easy to drink! The rice taste wows at first, then fades away and only the sake taste remains, which is also beautiful and does not linger in the aftertaste. It is moderately sweet and goes perfectly with strong-flavored snacks! The miso marinated cream cheese was gone in an instant and the sake was gone at a great speed...

This is the first Junmai Ginjo-shu from Kikuhime Shuzo...! It's easy to drink and has no peculiar aftertaste, but there's a dark umami flavor hidden in the cleanness that you can faintly see the Kikuhime brewery's image...! As I continue to drink it, the flavor gradually becomes stronger and stronger, which is strange! It has a banana-like sweetness, but it's not too sweet at all, so I would recommend it even to those who don't like strong sake!

I was told that this sake is a collaboration between Ichinokura and Urakasumi and is only available in Miyagi, but I bought it because it was sold at a product exhibition at Omiya Station! The funky bottle has a gentle sweetness that you wouldn't expect from a funky bottle, and it immediately has a refreshing aftertaste! It is a limited edition, but the word "casual" fits it perfectly, and I would like to have it with my everyday Japanese dishes!

I bought it in the fall and was told to let it sit for a month or two when it was ready, so I let it sit a little longer and it still tastes soooo good! It has a sweetness and umami...it can be paired with meat and cheese like fruit wine or wine, and it also goes well with things that go well with sake! I think I'll enjoy a more matured version at home, as it's a bit thicker than I'd like to drink as much as I can, and I'd like to sip it little by little.
