I had no idea that a sake brewery had opened a store in Ebisu! I found it by chance and popped in! It has a high alcohol content and a strong sake-like flavor, but it is easy to drink with no aftertaste! It was great with rice and side dishes...

It has a good balance of sweetness and sourness and is easy to drink! I have always thought of Kouji as having a sour taste, but this may be my favorite of all the Kouji I have had so far!

The aroma is very Kamikame, but the sense of rice is soft! It has a gentle sweetness, not a refreshing taste...! I drank it cold, but I think it would be better lukewarm..!

A friend bought it for me in Yamanashi! Dry but fruity and strange! Easy to drink! It's not sweetness of fruit, but freshness or cleanness comes from it! It was also delicious enough to make people who don't usually drink sake drink it...!

My friend bought it for me at the pop-up store at Akabane station! It's a little bit sweet but light and refreshing! It was so delicious that even people who don't usually drink sake were gulping it down... but be careful, it has 15% alcohol by volume...

At a sushi restaurant just before the boarding gate at New Chitose Airport! At first, when it was chilled, it was very sake-like and tasted like regular good sake, but as it got closer to room temperature, it became softer and easier to drink...! It's like rice! It's rare to find a sake that is easier to drink when not chilled! It was delicious!

While the Purple had a clean taste at the beginning and umami afterwards, this one had the sweetness and umami of the rice first, with a clean aftertaste! It went well with oden!

Polished and polished to 40% rice polishing ratio even though it is a regular sake! It is clean and clear! It's not so much sharp as it is clean, with a hint of rice flavor in the polished depths.... It is not sweet, not dry, not mellow... but it is delicious! It's not sweet, it's not dry, it's not what you would call mellow... but it's delicious!

Sake that has been aged for a year at a sake brewery and then shipped to our house... And yet it is so refreshing and easy to drink! The sweetness and umami spread out, but there is no peculiarity at all... It goes well with hot pot, but be careful, as it has a high alcohol content!

Natsuko yeast sake! I left my fall sake unopened for a long time, but it remained easy to drink with a clean gentle umami flavor. I think the previous Nadeko sake I had was a bit more lactic acidic, but this one was subtle, and I personally prefer this one! There aren't many sakes that go perfectly with the Japanese-leaning, miscellaneous foods that we eat in our daily lives, so this one may be very rare and precious!
