The aroma is gorgeous, but the sake is a bit strong.
It is served with negitoro, chicken ham, and aji tsumire nabe (one-pot dish) 🍶.
PS: After drinking it again after a day, the unpleasant sake taste is gone and it is rounded and delicious👍.
Sweet and sour and refreshing.
It goes well with flatfish sashimi with green tea salt.
Serve with eggplant and asparagus with sesame paste and chicken ball in a salted pot 🍶.

Ichinoya also loves Yamahai, a sake I like to keep on hand. It is low al but has a robust flavor.
I feel that Nagano sake has many of my favorite flavors.
