I thought it was a waste and let it sit for what seemed like a year (lol). I bought this sake at a sake brewery in Nabeshima♪ I thought it was a label you don't see very often! The taste is kind of hard! I got the impression that it was tightly packed with umami and acidity. I got the impression that the receptionist was an experienced receptionist in a suit and tie, rather than a woman in a dress. At any rate, it was delicious! Sashimi (salmon, kampachi, turban shell, etc.) with lettuce salad! Alcohol content: 17%. Rice used: 100% Yamadanishiki produced in Hirosaki, Kashima City

Oh, what an interesting taste! It's dry and quickly disappears, but the gorgeousness of Miyamanishiki quickly appears! It's not the kind of sake that goes well with a glass of wine or something, but it's got a gorgeous, complex bitterness...it's a very strange sake (◍-ᴗ -◍) Served with stewed mungo, Mongolian cuttlefish, and salmon and swordfish sashimi! Limited edition flat polished rice, dry, unadjusted, unadjusted raw sake, orikarami Junmai-shu Miyamanishiki Polishing ratio: 65 Alcohol content: 18%.

Good evening, Mr. Seal 3G. I recently had a bottle of 2022 Yumachi, and your comment about it being mildly sweet and delicious was right on the money! I felt the same way.

Ahhh, it's delicious! It has a Kaze no Mori feeling (drinkability and carbonation), but it also has more umami and acidity than usual, so it is a little bit for the experts. It is delicious with Japanese food (≧▽≦). Served with stewed chicken and cabbage, grilled bamboo shoots and cabbage, and sashimi of flatfish! The most exquisite flower! This, this...is...insanely delicious! So fruity and juicy and delicious! I think I bought it at a roadside station in Kisoji for less than 2000 yen, but I should have bought 3 bottles at once! I looked it up and found that it was a limited quantity product, released in February 2023. Oh, I should have bought more! With stir-fried spinach, onion and pork, and stewed chicken and bamboo shoots! I said "I want to go to Arita tomorrow too" (and I was still in Kyoto), and I really went to Arita today too. This sake is also a limited edition sake bought from a brewery in Kurogyu! I would love to drink it by itself without food, but I also have the best swordfish, so my mouth is busy, lol. With sashimi of swordfish and sea bream, and head and baby bream! Well, it is delicious (≧▽≦). It is easy to drink and delicious! It has a good finish with a firm umami taste. I think it is a versatile sake for Japanese food. It goes well with bamboo shoots! It's been a long time since I've been to Kaze no Mori. The last beer I drank, Kaze no Mori, which was inspired by beer, had a "Bakugaku! I thought it was not my favorite beer, but this one is easy to drink and delicious! It's a sake that afterwards modestly says "It's a handsome malt". I can't think of anything off the top of my head, but I'm sure it would go best with some food! With cherry salmon/horse sashimi and stir-fried chicken and spring cabbage! I took a day off today to play golf (≧▽≦). On the way home, I picked up some horse sashimi that was sure to be delicious, so I prepared something else that would be good to go with sake and had it with dinner! It is dark, strong, mellow and gorgeous! It is a perfect sake when chilled. It is a perfect sake to be served chilled. It goes well with any Japanese food. It has a strong flavor that won't be overpowered, yet it doesn't get in the way. Serve with horse sashimi, boiled water melon, and rice with chicken and mushrooms! I tied my best score in golf today, so I decided to make a good sake (≧▽≦) (I always drink good sake, lol). Not too sweet, easy to taste! Just the stylishness I was looking for! This sake is from the same brewery that makes Yamori. It is a strange sake that retains about 40% of the flamboyance of Yamori, but also has a delicious flavor! The alcohol content is a high 18 degrees, so be careful when drinking it! (I only had a little today) It was a wonderful sake that went well with all kinds of dishes, but I was surprised that it went best with truffle potato chips! I had it with sashimi of swordfish and stewed pork cubes! And also truffle potato chips ( ꈍᴗꈍ) Higashimurayama Beat TOKYO LOCAL PARADICE Alcohol content: 18%. Rice polishing ratio: 65
