I thought it was a waste and let it sit for what seemed like a year (lol). I bought this sake at a sake brewery in Nabeshima♪ I thought it was a label you don't see very often!
The taste is kind of hard! I got the impression that it was tightly packed with umami and acidity. I got the impression that the receptionist was an experienced receptionist in a suit and tie, rather than a woman in a dress. At any rate, it was delicious!
Sashimi (salmon, kampachi, turban shell, etc.) with lettuce salad!
Alcohol content: 17%.
Rice used: 100% Yamadanishiki produced in Hirosaki, Kashima City
