I went to see a baseball game and my guess won, so I'm going to set off fireworks. It tastes good as always! It's like a soda, not too sweet and easy to drink! It's 16% alcohol, but it was gone in no time... The sake cup is a Daishinshu choko! I went to a Daishinshu meeting for the first time in September, and it was also a great experience. I went to the Daishinshu meeting for the first time in September, and the sake cup was also terrible, but in a good way! I served it with fried sweet bell pepper and baby sardines, and sashimi (salmon, swordfish, and mahata)! Sake with fireworks for everyone THE FINAL Kaze no Mori Aiyama 607 Nara Sake Junmai Sake Unfiltered, unpasteurized, unpasteurized sake 100% Aiyama from Hyogo Prefecture Rice polishing ratio: 60 Alcohol content: 16%. 2022BY spring tank 5008 Production Date: 2023.06

We've been waiting for you! I'm going to set off fireworks! I bought 3 blue fireworks today! The fireworks did not disappoint and tasted so good! It's like a less sweetened rumney, just like summer! I had it with oven-roasted pumpkin, nameko mushrooms, and sashimi (black sea bass, swordfish, raw octopus, and shellfish)! Kaze no Mori Yamadanishiki 507 Nara Shu Junmai Shu Unfiltered, Unpasteurized, Unhydrated Nama Shu 100% Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture Rice polishing ratio: 50 Alcohol content: 15%. 5010 Summer Tank, 2023BY Production Date: 2023.08

It was a very hard two days, so my husband bought some sashimi (≧▽≦). The sake was Nakanori, which I bought on the way back from Gifu the other day! All the sake at Roadside Station Kiso Narakawa are good from the jacket! It tastes mildly sweet and delicious, but something a little different than usual, in a good way. I think it's mild but also has a light tropical flavor. It's delicious ( ꈍᴗꈍ) Oven-baked pumpkin with salmon and kampachi sashimi! Kazakoshi Seiran Homegrown rice from Kiso Kamimatsu Yoshino 100% Yamae-Nishiki used Sake rice producer: Shunzo Minami, brewer Alcohol content: 13%. Rice polishing ratio: 55

Sake that I liked and bought at a stand-up bar at Nagano station (≧▽≦) When I drank it at Nagano station, it was very gorgeous, but today's taste is kind of stylish! Maybe it's because when I was at Nagano station, miso was my drink of choice? The label says it is a junmai daiginjo with a fine grape-like aroma and a sharp taste that goes well with a meal. Indeed, it may have a luxurious and glamorous flavor like Yamori! Today we had it with cucumber and tuna salad and sashimi (sea bream, kochi, engawa, and swordfish)! Yamae-Nishiki Junmai Daiginjo Rice: 100% Yamae-Nishiki from Nagano Prefecture Rice polishing ratio: 40 Alcohol content: 15%. Sake meter degree: around +3

Sake I got on a bullet trip to Nagano (≧▽≦) It is Red Comet (Char) which I liked only by its name! The taste is more gorgeous than I imagined and very delicious! It's not so much refreshing as it is friendly and gorgeous! Served with cucumber and tuna salad, octopus and sea bream sashimi, and fried wakasagi! DONATI Junmai Ginjo Hatsukumi Association 1801 yeast Stored in a thermal tank at -5°C Alcohol 15%. Rice polishing ratio: 59 Toji:Shin Takano Production date: 2023.06.A

This liquor was introduced as melon-like and was purchased. The other yellow label in line was described as grapefruit-like. I am curious about that one too! When I drank it, I found that it might have a melon-like taste, but it was not too flashy, but mildly sweet and tasty (≧▽≦)! The name of the sake also has plum blossoms, and the sake cup also has plum blossoms painted on it, which makes me feel good! Served with soaked zucchini, lettuce and tomato salad, and sashimi (striped horse mackerel, inada, sea bream, and chicken grunt)! Alcohol content: 15%. Rice polishing ratio: 60 Rice: 100% Gohyakumangoku grown in Kakizaki, Niigata Prefecture

As expected of Wind Forest Fireworks! I love it because it has a rummy feel without being too sweet (≧▽≦) I looked at the back label and saw that ......? Kaze no Mori Fireworks Festival the final ...? What? This is the last one? The Kaze no Mori Fireworks Festival was started to liven up the situation where there are not many events in the Corona disaster. ...... Really? ...... Too bad.... It's still easy to drink and has a bittersweet rummy taste, I love it! I heard there was a BBQ to enjoy with the wind forest, but the accommodation plan was sold out...( ≧Д≦) The fireworks were red this time, but there will be blue fireworks in late August. I have to buy one..! We had a salad of soaked zucchini, lettuce and tomatoes, along with sashimi (horse mackerel, yellowfin bream, sea bream, and Japanese anchovy)! Kaze no Mori Aizan 607 Nara sake Junmai-shu, unfiltered, unpasteurized and unpasteurized 100% Aiyama from Hyogo Prefecture Rice polishing ratio: 60 Alcohol content: 16%. 2022BY spring tank 5008 Production Date: 2023.06

From yesterday to today, I stayed at stay366 run by 98WINES and enjoyed a lot of wine and beer. And sake at night (≧▽≦) Sake that is cohesive and mildly delicious! Very easy to drink, not as gorgeous as gorgeous, but bright and good sake......................maybe because of Miyamanishiki? I served it with cabbage salad, yellow grouper, Iwate salmon, squid, and horse mackerel ryukyu! Junmai Super Dry Tsururei no Yukimuro Brewed in 2022 R4BY Rice polishing ratio: 60 Alcohol content: 17%. Rice used: 100% Miyamanishiki

Very easy to drink🙌The label on the back of the bottle says, "It has an elongated, limpid taste and aroma, with the roundness and deliciousness characteristic of junmai. It's not a glamorous sake, but more like a warm homey sake! Serve with boiled rape blossoms and salmon, chicken grunt, and black sea bream sashimi! It's been a while & I wanted to drink Kaze no Mori (≧▽≦) And the taste I was looking for! It tastes so good, just like Kaze no Mori! It's easy to drink and you'll gobble it up, but be careful because the alcohol content is quite high (- ▽ ▽ -;) -But be careful because it has a high alcohol content.) Two weeks ago, or maybe I let it sit a little too long. When I drank it today, I felt a little sharpness of acidity. But it still tastes so beautiful that it is hard to believe it is 17 degrees. (2023/6/29)

I thought it was a waste and let it sit for what seemed like a year (lol). I bought this sake at a sake brewery in Nabeshima♪ I thought it was a label you don't see very often! The taste is kind of hard! I got the impression that it was tightly packed with umami and acidity. I got the impression that the receptionist was an experienced receptionist in a suit and tie, rather than a woman in a dress. At any rate, it was delicious! Sashimi (salmon, kampachi, turban shell, etc.) with lettuce salad! Alcohol content: 17%. Rice used: 100% Yamadanishiki produced in Hirosaki, Kashima City

Oh, what an interesting taste! It's dry and quickly disappears, but the gorgeousness of Miyamanishiki quickly appears! It's not the kind of sake that goes well with a glass of wine or something, but it's got a gorgeous, complex bitterness...it's a very strange sake (◍-ᴗ -◍) Served with stewed mungo, Mongolian cuttlefish, and salmon and swordfish sashimi!
