Local delicacies while traveling and small bottles are really exciting! I bought this sake because of the label and the cute cherry blossoms! It is a little bit robust with a nice flavor and a delicious mouthfeel! Delicious! I had it with octopus sashimi! 100% Iwate rice Ginga 50% polished rice Alcohol content: 15 degrees Celsius Polishing ratio 50%.

Oh, Holy shit, it soaks in very well. It has the usual complex taste of Wind Forest, but the mouthfeel is smoother than expected and goes in easily. It's a little strange, but very tasty! I can't believe this is 90% polished rice...really? Serve with sushi, torotaku, salmon or tuna sashimi! I've always loved the patterns at Hanahiroku, and since it's a big Shinshu, I'm thinking it's a no-brainer, Today, the food is really gorgeous! After all, we bought horse mackerel and barracuda sashimi, grilled hamaguri (clams), and air-cushion greens in Chiba today! And then there was the flower air from Daishinshu! Sparkling filled today at a direct sales place of Daishinshu brewery (≧▽≦) The person who came at the same time had a bottle of Daishinshu (carbonated OK) filled! This is the one that goes swishy. It has sweetness right away, but overall, it's a little too sharp for Daishinshu. Delicious! I regret that I didn't take a picture of the description. Served with salmon sashimi, meatballs, and stir-fried air-cushion greens!

Today's dinner lineup includes simmered pork cartilage and radish, bonito sashimi, and soba noodles, so there is nothing else to do but drink sake (≧▽≦). So I took out a bottle of Takachiyo! I have been longing for HANA-YOUKU! This is my first post in Sake-no-wa. I drank this sake on a company trip some years ago and became a very big fan (≧▽≦). The label was sparkling and really cute...the moment I found it, I grabbed it and held it in my arms and appealed to my husband to buy it even though it was a bottle (we usually buy only a four-pack) lol. The taste is bright and mildly fruity...very tasty! Served with Sado salmon sashimi and stir-fried cabbage, spinach and pork! THE MATCH Alcohol content: 16%. Rice polishing ratio: 55

YEARS BOTTLE! I actually went to Tsururei's sake brewery to look for a yellow shimmering Yukio's YEARS BOTTLE, but it was also nice, so I bought it...and finally opened it! The red shimashimas are so cool! It's so delicious! Mellow! I wonder if the water tastes good! It just slips right into your mouth! Served with squid and Thai sashimi, lettuce salad, and Thai takikomi-gohan (cooked rice)! Tsururei's Snow Chamber 2020/21 Rice polishing ratio: 48 Rice used: 100% Omachi Alcohol content: 17% abv. Production Date: 2020.11 (This is the year the sake was bottled and then stored at low temperature in Tsururei's snow chamber)
