アザラシ3合
Aizu Musume was introduced in a Japanese sake textbook in dancyu 10 years ago as a "plump, healing Bodhisattva-style sake" and I have wanted to try it for a long time but never had the chance.
My impression was that it was more glamorous like Omachi than plump, but my husband said it was plump. Anyway, it is delicious!
With pork and Chinese cabbage nabe!
