When I saw the color, I thought, "Huh? This is not my favorite beer...?" but when I tried it, I found it to be a modest beer, easy to drink, and quite tasty! I went back to Sake-no-Wawa and found that I drank it a year ago and wrote the same impression! Lettuce/tomato salad, with salmon and octopus sashimi! Daichi no Chikara 2023 100% brown rice Nara Sake Unfiltered, Unpasteurized Nama Sake Rice: Akitsuho (contract-grown rice) from Nara Prefecture Hardness: Deep groundwater from the Kongo Katsuragi mountain range Hardness: around 250mg/L Lot: 2023BY winter tank 5013 Alcohol content: 14%.

Sparkling filled today at a direct sales place of Daishinshu brewery (≧▽≦) The person who came at the same time had a bottle of Daishinshu (carbonated OK) filled! This is the one that goes swishy. It has sweetness right away, but overall, it's a little too sharp for Daishinshu. Delicious! I regret that I didn't take a picture of the description. Served with salmon sashimi, meatballs, and stir-fried air-cushion greens!

I've drunk colander pickers before, but today it has a kind of dewy-leaf style feeling, a little bitter and squeaky, and the conclusion is delicious ( ꈍᴗꈍ ) ♪ The label says it has a rich aroma and clarity, but for me, I feel it's more crisp today... I have been longing for HANA-YOUKU! This is my first post in Sake-no-wa. I drank this sake on a company trip some years ago and became a very big fan (≧▽≦). The label was sparkling and really cute...the moment I found it, I grabbed it and held it in my arms and appealed to my husband to buy it even though it was a bottle (we usually buy only a four-pack) lol. The taste is bright and mildly fruity...very tasty! Served with Sado salmon sashimi and stir-fried cabbage, spinach and pork! THE MATCH Alcohol content: 16%. Rice polishing ratio: 55
