My husband bought this sake on line.
I feel that this is the quintessence of Daishinshu! Powerful and gorgeous🌹 Usually, Daishinshu has a dignified iris-like gorgeousness, but this time the image is like a powerful cherry blossom! It is very delicious!

The trip ended with Atago no Matsu (≧▽≦)
We stopped by a sake brewery to buy Hakurakusei, the best food sake, but we were told that Hakurakusei can only be bought at special stores, so we bought Atago no Matsu, which is also a delicious sake!
It is a pineapple type sake with a strong acidity, and I think it would go well with cold summer vegetables and refreshing sashimi! I think it's delicious!

Amongst all kinds of delicious looking sake, I took my time and chose this one (≧▽≦). I knew Kariho, but what a great sake dedicated to oysters! I heard it goes well with sashimi!
It has a strong acidity and umami flavor! This is the kind of sake that goes well with sashimi! We could finish a four-pack of sake just with sashimi!
We paired it with the sashimi from the Matsu course at Take Sushi.

I've always loved the patterns at Hanahiroku, and since it's a big Shinshu, I'm thinking it's a no-brainer,
Today, the food is really gorgeous! After all, we bought horse mackerel and barracuda sashimi, grilled hamaguri (clams), and air-cushion greens in Chiba today! And then there was the flower air from Daishinshu! It was a combination that made me too happy, and it was delicious!

Sparkling filled today at a direct sales place of Daishinshu brewery (≧▽≦) The person who came at the same time had a bottle of Daishinshu (carbonated OK) filled!
This is the one that goes swishy. It has sweetness right away, but overall, it's a little too sharp for Daishinshu. Delicious!
I regret that I didn't take a picture of the description. Served with salmon sashimi, meatballs, and stir-fried air-cushion greens!
A red label on a winding machine...! I have no choice but to buy it!
